Ghanaian Journalists Ask One Way Questions – Celestine Donkor

Gospel musician, Celestine Donkor has some thoughts on the way Ghanaians journalists do their work. She believes that Ghanaian journalists don’t make interviews interesting.

She recently performed at Steve Crown’s maiden edition of “Nations Will Rise & Sing “ concert in Nigeria. During this concert, she believes she attained a new level of spirituality for her music career after Ron Kenoly laid his hands on her.

In an Interview with Peace FM’s Sammy Kumah, Celestine Donkor states that she feels Ghanaian journalists ask one way questions. She said while in Nigeria she was asked questions by an international media outfit that made her think deep.

I was approached by an international media outfit after I performed on stage and the questions that were posed to me were very deep and detailed. Their questions didn’t tone one particular direction. It kept me thinking very deep. They didn’t ask me questions like how did I start my career”.

Celestine Donkor added that “Sometimes I go for an interview and am able to predict questions that I will be asked, this is because Ghanaian Journalists ask one way questions and it doesn’t bring out the best in the interviewee”

Popular gospel musicians like Nathaniel Bassey, Chris Morgan, Joe Praize also thrilled patrons with an amazing performance at the event.

We will be expecting a response from journalists soon.
