Kidi Is Not On My Album – Kuami Eugene

Ghanaian musician, Kuami Eugene talks about his upcoming album. According to him, his label mate Kidi isn’t on the album. Eugene has an upcoming 13-track album titled, Rockstar.

However, he gives good reasons as to why that is the case. He spoke about this in an interview with Andy Dosty.

Moreover, he revealed that the first reason for his failure to feature Kidi on his debut album was because they are both vocalists. Also, he sees Kidi as the greatest vocalist in Ghana currently. Therefore, he was afraid he will come onto the album and take his shine.

He further gave another important and strategic reason why this happened. He stated that both Kidi and himself will releases a full EP together later. Therefore, there was no need to drop just one or two on his album. He as a matter of fact, revealed that in Kidi’s upcoming album, he will not be featured because of this ultimate reason.
