Lilwin Finally Replies Prophets Prophesying His Death

Few days ago, we reported that one of the numerous death prophesies against Ghanaian celebrities ha landed on Kumawood actor and musician Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin.

One Prophet, Michael Kojo Poku of Fire Time Prayer Ministry had claimed to have seen death hovering around Lilwin. The prophet, however admonished that “if prayer sessions are not organized for the actor, he may die prematurely.”

The report further quoted the prophet to have said that “Lilwin needs to pass through a “powerful” deliverance session with [him] to be freed from the spirits of death hanging around him.”

The ‘Ladder’ hitmaker has finally spoken on the matter in an interview on the Weekend City Show with host Abrantepa.

According to him, “In 2017, this same pastor cautioned [him] that if [he] doesn’t stop practicing occultism, [he] would die]”.

Lilwin however rebuked the prophecy adding that he will never die prematurely because his mission on earth has not been accomplished.

“I thank him for the prophecy but i won’t die. I will live long. Mark it on the wall. I will be 70 and above” he noted. “We’ve rebuked it. He should check again if death is still hovering around me.”

Despite making it clear that he respects these men of God, he however maintained that it was bad for a prophet to go public with prophecies concerning individuals.

“Some pastors call me as regards visions they’ve had about me; we pray and they give me directions. But if you come public and ask that I see you for deliverance, that is ridiculous,” he said.

Meanwhile, the management of the actor had earlier come out to say that they had taken steps to avert the prophecy.

Lilwin’s manager, Abdul Razak in an interview on Radio Univers’ Brunch2Lunch stated that they as they dislike the practice of announcing such prophecies, they decided to pray over it.

He however served notice of an intention to sue should anyone make such claims publicly again.

Many celebrities and industry players have come out to condemn prophets who go public with their doom prophecies.

Amongst them is Chairman of the Church of Pentecost Apostle Prof. Opoku Oyinah. He described the act as a needless one. He insisted that it is wrong to stand in public to relay what one believes to be a message from God which could spell grave danger to the object of the message.
