“Sarkodie’s ‘My Advice’ Was To Promote Shatta Wale’s Reign Album” ─ ATWAG President

William Asiedu, President of Arts and Tourism Writers Association of Ghana (ATWAG) talks about the music industry.

According to him, Sarkodie’s freestyle diss track titled “My Advice” was a strategy to promote Shatta Wale’s anticipated ‘Reign Album’.

The ATWAG President made these statements in an interview on Starr FM’s “Morning Zoo” show. Moreover, he opined that a few days before the launch, there was no publicity for the “Reign” Album.

Also, the media had not given much attention to promoting the album. Therefore, Sarkodie came up with a strategy to promote it.

He continued that, even though the Sarkcess Music’s boss ‘killed’ his friend but he should not have used some words like “swear” in his freestyle.

“He can advice without using all those swear words”

The Zylofon Music signed artiste finally launched his 17 track Reign Album and celebrated it with a mega concert.
