Shatta Wale Explains Why He Still Visits Terry Bonchaka’s Grave
Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has disclosed that he still visits the grave of the late Terry Bonchaka, years after his burial.
Explaining his reasons for such act, the SM Boss said he’s still fond of the late artiste and that he was someone whose style of music he loved.
According to him, although Terry did not last in the music industry, he really paid his dues.
Shatta Wale made this revelation in an in interview with Jessica Opare Saforo of Citi FM. He was at the station a few days ago as part of his ‘Reign’ Album media tour.
Shatta stated that, if he had the powers of bringing back any dead musician, he would choose Terry Bonchaka. He also added that he’s got something for Terry on his upcoming album, Reign.
“Terry Bonchaka is one person I would love to bring back if I had the chance. I loved his style. From time to time, myself and boys visit his grave. We want Ghanaians to remember his legacy. He is on the #ReignALBUM,” he said.
