Awards-winning Ghanaian movie star, Nadia Buari, has opened up on some aspects of her life.

The very private Buari was on  the latest episode of Yvonne’s Okoro’s ‘Dining with Cooks

and Braggarts’ show monitored by Ghaflagh.com on Saturday, February 24, 2019, on TV3.

Nadia appeared as guest together with a brother, Majeed Buari, and they made a dish of coconut cake.

The host, Okoro, engaged her in a long conversation, and one of the questioned she asked Nadia was “Are you rich?”

In response, the beautiful light-skinned actress remained silent for a while and then said: “I am very comfortable.”

According to her, she had a roof over her head, food on her table and what to wear, therefore,

she is very comfortable with what she has.

Nadia stressed that she would never say she is rich, but with whatever she had, she was very content with life.

Her answer appeared to have surprised Okoro, who watched her with a grin on her face,

obviously expecting the beautiful mother of four to go deep about her riches.

Asked again why she happens to have featured more in Nigerian movies than Ghallywood

movies, Nadia disclosed that she gets more contracts from Nigerian than from Ghana.

She explained that it is not by choice that she appears in more Nigerian movies than Ghanaian,

but it is because producers there approached her with more scripts.

Nadia further revealed that she loves to play roles that are extremely challenging, and not

always to be seen as a lover girl or someone whose heart was broken in a movie.

It is clear that Nadia, who surprised Ghanaians with news about how she gave birth to four

children in three years, really loves to live a simple life.

No wonder she is admired by many and counted as one of Ghana’s respected celebrities.

She was in the news recently for entertaining and playing with her fourth daughter in a lovely video.

One actress who has so far managed so well to keep her private life from the prying eyes of the media and her fans is Nadia Buari.

The actress however decided years ago to keep her private life from the public after two major break-ups with Jim Ike and Micheal Essien whom she had once dated.

Little is so far know about the beautiful family of the mother of three.

In a latest post however, the beautiful actress has said that she has got to a point that she

does not care about what the media say or what people think about her.

According to her, it’s time to focus on what’s best for rather than think of the perception people hold about her.

Nadia made this known through an Instagram post adding a little piece of advise to her followers.

She wrote;

 “From an early age we work to get approval, whether it was proving to our parents that we could ride a bike without training wheels, or taking our first step—caring what other people think seems evitable.

Through the years it can become a problem for us, as it can cripple us emotionally and spiritually. We need to get to the point where we don’t care what the media says, how colleagues feel about us, or live in state of constant fear or agony of what others think.

The other person is not going to worry about it, or stay awake at night upset that you’re offended. U can’t be responsible for other people’s words, actions, or decisions as hurtful as they can be.

We all want to be congratulated for a job well-done from even acquaintances, but what happens when they don’t, or you are not acknowledged in some way.

Yes, it’s painful, but now it’s time to regroup, refocus, and rise above petty people, things, sin, and caring what others think of you. They don’t know your backstory, but God does.

Worrying about what others think is human, but when it’s to a point where our joy is being choked, then we need to become proactive, not reactive. Take people out of your courtroom of justice, and offer them to God, and also humble yourself. It’s simply not worth it for your health, or hindering your walk–period!”.

If there’s any celebrity in the world who has done a great job of keeping her private life from the media, then it surely Nadia Buari.

The beautiful Ghanaian actress, today, June 17, 2018 celebrated her husband in a special way and alongside made certain revelations that have shocked her fans.

In the year 2015, news broke out about Nadia giving birth to twins. That was when the media began in frantic efforts to find out the whole truth about the claims.

Yes, they did found out that she had delivered a set of twins(two girls) but that was all.

All their efforts to find out who the father of the babies is have up to now proved futile.

Little did we know that, after the twins, there are two more children Nadia has with her husband.

Husband because, rumors have it that Nadia Buari has as usual secretly wedded the father of her children.

Though it has not been confirmed by the A-List actress, she’s been spotted in a wedding ring in her recent photos, which only proves one thing.

As yesterday marked Fathers’ Day, Nadia took to her Instagram page and shared a video of some of the memorable times with her husband and children.

Under the video was a long and beautiful text meant for her husband. In there, Nadia revealed that they have been together for the past ten years.

She also revealed that apart from the twins who were born in 2015, she gave birth to another baby girl again two years after.

She added that there’s also another girl who was born in January this year. Hence, Nadia has four children( all girls) with her husband who is still a mystery to the public.

Although, the video somehow showed the man, his face and identity could still not be established except for the fact that he’s a white man.

Indeed, Nadia Buari deserves an accolade for being able to keep her private life far off the prying eyes of the media. She continues to enjoy her privacy with her children and husband and we wish them all the best.

Nadia Buari’s new movie, ‘Deranged’ has been announced to be  premiered for the first time in Ghana on the 28th of October, 2017 at the Silverbird. The date of the premiere was announced weeks after the trailer hit the internet receiving massive interest from all movie lovers.

It is of no woonder that the movie has already  won its first award at a film festival in Germany.

The movie which features Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari and Nollywood’s Ramsey Nouah, tells the story of a high school student who falls madly in love with a new teacher sent to her school as a substitute teacher. Although the teacher was married, this high school student didn’t care and would do anything to get the teacher’s love and attention–Even if she had to kill someone.

The movie is by NSS Studios and from the Producer of “The Diary of Imosen Brown”, John Nwachukwumerze Okwugo and directed by Jameel Buari.

It also features actors such as Pascaline Edwards,Jason El Agha, Zynell Zuh, Henry Prempeh, Lisbeth Lopez Acquah, Priscilla Opoku Agyeman (Ahoufe Patri) and several others.

The tickets for the movie is selling at a cool 30ghc and would be premiered at the Silverbirds Cinemas at the Accra mall and the West Hills Mall at 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm on the 28th October 2017.
