¨Forget lavish lifestyles and baby mamas¨ Starehe MP, Jaguar calls out Kenyan artistes

Kenyan artiste-turned-politician, Charles Njagua alias Jaguar has asked artistes to stop running into flashy lifestyles, soon as they hit the world of fame.

The legislator shared this during Papa Dennis´ burial last week, admitting that most artistes fail to invest, and end up languishing in poverty.

Jaguar urged music acts to desist from opulent lifestyles and a chain of baby mamas, without thinking of investments first.

When God blesses you, make sure you plan well because everyone has their time. Make sure you invest in music and save because most of you, the first thing you think of is moving to expensive places and marrying many wives.

Make sure you invest in music and save – Jaguar to Kenyan artistes

What saddened him the most was how most Kenyan musicians had to be pushed to contribute towards Papa Dennis´ burial, yet he was one of them while still alive.

When it comes to a point that a fellow artiste has died and an artiste must be pushed to contribute for them, that is not good.

His last words to artists were:

Love all people and work with them so that God blesses you.
