Any one listening – Am stranded since yesterday at 4pm (5/07/2019). I applied for an MCOOP LOAN and
decided to withdraw some of the fund through your ATM at Embakasi Branch. The code send to my phone
did not enable me withdraw from ATM. I went to the branch and was asked to wait since the fund will be reversed – l went home. At 9am today, l visited your CO-OP Bank Branch at Dagoretti Corner where l reside only to be told it will be reversed by 1pm. I decided to visit Coop Branch Embakasi where a gentleman staff went an extra mile to call and even write an email to MCOOP for the same but the same answer to wait upto 1pm for reversal. Now its going to 3pm and no cash – serious. My daughter is now on the way from school after being send home by noon and will cost me heavily. Furthermore am unable to attend to other pressing personal issue for my dad too. Can someone tell me which 1pm meant!

  18. Hi co-op… am trying to access m co-op cash loan by dialing *667# but am getting a response to visit my branch…what could be the issue…??

On 28/08/2019 Ihad a lengthy discusion with Steve tel.no.0709-917159 over my frustration over an acquired mcopcash loan.We agreed I be repaying my loan at a rate of Ksh.5000 by 31st of every month.I have deposited the same to my main account `01109421334900.
My worries:1.Steve has blocked my number and customre care agent number is taking extensively long.
    2. Was the money recovered to my loan or fees and levies?
3.Is it possible to visit your physical offices apart from co-operative bank branches and where.
I plead with your office to help me repay the loan smoothly as I did with the previous one. Please reply.THANK YOU.
