Betty Kyallo was hit hard by her exit from K24 TV, but she has since proven that that was her barrier to greater success and fulfilling her dreams.
Soon as she dropped her resignation, Betty fully ventured into her beauty parlor business and self-growth, taking her journalism career a notch higher, this time, it was an outdoor affair.
Her YouTube channel has proven to reap in some good cash and still allowing her some alone time, all at her convenience. She has since afforded some luxuries and a staycation down at Kenya’s coast, a time she believed was meant to allow her unwind a bit.
Luxury home purchase deal
Good news is she is back, making boss moves after recently signing a deal of a home purchase in one of Kenya’s high end residential skyscraper building ahead of its completion.
88 Nairobi, a 44-floor condo tower located in Upper Hill, Nairobi that reportedly stands to be the tallest luxurious residential apartment in Africa built to European standards, is set to be Betty Kyallo’s new residence in a short while.
The building that is still under construction and inspired by one Jonathan Jackson, caught Betty Kyallo’s attention that saw her end up interviewing him face-to-face and as they were having a tour around the new apartments, she was handed a reservation form solely for her as she makes a booking in advance that allows her to pay up slowly by the time she moves in.
The reservation deal came with a KSh100k deposit and an impressed Betty confidently filled in the form, signed it and so did Jonathan and as she walked back home, she was already assured she owned a home in the posh residential building. Quick glance at the purchase price for the Executive Plus, it averages at $321,000 (appr. KSh 34.7M)
Signing in for an Executive Plus means, she is on a floor above the rest. A quick summary of what she will be treated to is a fully self-contained building, 9-floor parking lot, VIP lounge inclusive of a bar area, Italian restaurant, solar-heated 21-meter swimming pool, gym & spa, a helipad and an aerial view of Kenya’s capital.
