Kenyans online recently took to social media to turn yet another important announcement into a circus after American singer Keri Hilson announced that she’ll be visiting Kenya on August 3, 2018 for a performance and charity work under her TheKeriHilson Foundation.
On Twitter, the two-time Grammy nominee confirmed her forthcoming tour but Kenyans instead of appualeding, started begging her to come with sugar, given that our local sugar is full of impurities.
“Nairobi, Kenya. I’m comin your way on August 3. I’ll be performing and doing some work there with TheKeriHilsonFoundation” she tweeted on.
She has now deleted the posts after watching it taking a wrong turn. Here is what fans said:
Shosho Light: @KeriHilson come with sugar
Adam Maina: She’s enough sugar
Dru: Yes!! Akuje na su-keri
Nezzy1: Sukari ilete sukari ingine
Frank Ubegi: Lazima uambie wageni shida tunazo.
