Forget Kymo and Stigah’s Thitima, a new Thitima song by nightclub bouncer is the latest sensation in town

A heavily built nightclub bouncer in Nairobi is quickly scaling the wall of fame as he attracts public attention with his jam ‘Thitima’.

Gospel duo Kymo and Stigah shot to fame when their song ‘Thitima’ became a big hit. Charles Juma aka J Rap aims at repeating Kymo and Stigah’s feat with his own Thitima.

J Rap is a popular bouncer who has worked at several nightclubs in Nairobi. The sprouting rapper became a bouncer after he completed primary education so that he could pay school fees for  his secondary education.

Charles Juma was inspired to be a rapper during his stint as a bouncer, he watched musicians perform on stage and he got motivated to join music industry as a rapper.

Despite financial constrains, Charles Juma managed to drop his first jam dubbed ‘Thitima’ which he featured Vekta. J Rap’s Thitima is not a gospel song, rather a secular club banger that has drawn attention of many.
