The daughter of Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest man, got married in a spectacular ceremony. Bill Gates, Jeff Koinange and other prominent leaders and businessmen were in attendance.

Dangote’s youngest daughter Fatima Dangote married Jamilu Abubakar. Jamilu is the son of Nigeria’s former Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Dikko Abubakar.

Fatima is one of Dangote’s 15 children and she recently graduated from a London University. She is currently managing a branch of her father’s businesses in Abuja.

The colorful wedding was held in Lagos on March 23rd at Eko Hotel and Suites.  World’s second richest man Bill Gates, Nigeria’s vice president Yemi Osinbajo, Nigeria’s first lady Aisha Buhari, UK long distance runner Mo Ibrahim, former Tanzania’s president Jakaya Kikwete, Jeff Koinange etc were all in attendance.
