Meschu says that he got extremely fat and the weight posed a threat to his own life. The singer reveals that he was forced to take action after he hit 184kg.

Msechu says he went to be checked at the hospital because he regularly experienced shortness of breath. Doctors told him he could die anytime because he was overweight.

The Bongo singer is now on a mission to shed 104 kilos, so far he has managed to lose 20kg over a period of five months. Doctors advised him to get to 80kg to live a healthy lifestyle.
