Lake Nakuru crash pilot Apollo Malowa to be laid to rest in Bondo

The body of pilot Apollo Malowa was recovered from Lake Nakuru on Monday October 23rd. Malowo and Antony Kipyegon  are the only crash victims whose bodies have been recovered and successfully identified.

Malowa perished alongside four passengers when the helicopter he was flying crashed into Lake Nakuru. The cause of the shocking accident which happened on October 21st is yet to be determined.

Information on the obituary indicates that a requiem mass for the deceased will held on Thursday November 2nd at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in South B.

Malowa will be buried at his ancestral home in Kamkwaya village in Bondo. The burial will take place on Saturday November 4th.

Malowa lands chopper on a busy highway

Malowa hit headlines in January 7th 2017 when he landed a chopper on the busy Bondo-Usenge road. The deceased had flown former Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo to his rural home before he decided to pull the surprise visit to his mother.
