Nigerian star, Davido reportedly arrested following a scuffle with a fan in Dubai

Nigerian music heavyweight, Davido was allegedly arrested following a stabbing incident on one of his ´fans´ while in Dubai for the One Africa Music Festival.

The popular singer got involved in a fracas after his performance soon after walking out and met a fan who kept insisting on meeting the star.

However, a tipsy Davido could not contain himself neither resist the pressure to get rid of the persistent fan.

He got infuriated and broke a bottle on the victim´s head.

As reported by a popular Nigerian blog ¨Instablog9ja¨, after his performance, Davido was not interested in interacting with fans but this particular man became adamant.

This caused a tussle between the man and Davido´s guards present. Apparently, the stabbing incident took place in the elevator.

The man was stabbed with a broken bottle. However, Davido´s efforts to flee the scene proved futile and he landed in the arms of the law.

It is reported that he got arrested following the incident and the victim, rushed to Kuwait hospital in Deira.

Davido neither his management is yet to react to the same. But according to a recent post, that was just but something minor.

Last time we checked, he was on a flight.
