A love-struck Dr Alfred Mutua just invested in a multi-million luxury hotel, one of its kind, set to host the noble and named it after his young, brilliant wife, Lilian Ng’ang’a.

In Machakos now stands a spectacular, unique architectural art of a hotel dubbed A&L (from the couple’s initials) hotel, courtesy of its Governor, Alfred Mutua.

Marking it’s much-awaited completion, Mutua took the opportunity to invite Kenyans to the hotel’s grand opening today, July 24.

And in the face of Covid-19, the politician assured all attendees that necessary measures had been put in place.

We have initiated Covid-19 protocols to keep all of us safe.

Inviting all who can drop by the place, to feel most welcome be it for a cup of tea, a drink, a meal or even that afternoon swim.

Boosted with modern facilities, the hotel boasts of a fine touch of luxury items, talk of the hanging lights, the custom-made royal laid-back sofas, to the executive dinner seats, lest we forget the exterior’s serenity and for those who prefer to enjoy the day sun or the evening breeze, they have been well taken care of.

The outdoor lighting is not worth a mention, right by the pool side, with canvas umbrellas to shade you from the scorching sun.
