Hours after the late Ayeiya was laid to rest, renown musician comes close to death as he traveled back to Nairobi from kisii

April 2017 is a month that will be remembered by many. We saw the country lose one of it’s favorite and gifted comedian, Ayeiya, who was laid to rest a few days ago. Friends, family, fans and colleagues were among those who traveled all the way to Kisii to give him his final send off.

Anyway, Singer Mr Bloom and his friends almost lost their lives as they were heading back to Nairobi after the funeral. According to the singer’s social media pages we have learnt that he involved in a road accident that almost claimed his life and that of those he was travelling with him.

Apparently the car rolled a few times and judging from the photos showing the damage,  I can’t help but wonder how they walked out alive. Through he social media pages he wrote saying,

After #AYEIYA ‘s funeral,The Lord SAVED us from This ROAD ACCIDENT @Mogonga Kisii FOREVER PRAISE HIM. Another CHANCE to Live,We dont take it for granted.. Thanks to all who have been calling and texting,i Might not reply All but but i feel your Love and am humbled… Just some slight Pain but WE ARE GOOD

Ayeiya’s final journey on earth: Ayeiya buried alongside his grandmother who also passed on recently

Churchill show comedian Emmanuel Makori popularly known as Ayeiya Aka passed on Thursday 13th April after his car rammed into a post on Magadi road, near the Catholic University of East Africa.

A requiem mass was held for the fallen Churchill Show comedian on Wednesday April 19th at the Nairobi Pentecostal Church in Karen.

Ayeiya’s body was transported upcountry on Thursday, the funeral service is already underway in his rural home in Kijura, Nyansiongo, Kisii county.

The fallen Churchill Show will be buried alongside his grandmother who also passed on recently – the two funeral services are being held concurrently.

Nearly all Churchill Show comedians and other humorists travelled to Kisii County to bid their fallen colleague the last goodbye.
