The song titled Bado, which is a Swahili word that means ‘not yet’, talks about not giving up even when things seem like they’ve hit a dead-end.

It’s a prayer to God to give you strength to face the challenges that are coming your way when you are on the verge of giving up.

Bahati and Denno are asking God to remind remind all of us that although things are difficult at the moment, there’ll be light at the end of the tunnel i.e. all hope is not lost. At least not yet.

There are several reasons why I love this song. Firstly, it’s the fact that it carries a powerful message, if you are going through a difficult time then I am sure this song will uplift you because it tells you that God is with you.

The second reason is that Bahati and Denno’s voices are really on point. I know you will agree with me after listening to this jam. The hook stuck the first time I heard it.

Lastly, the beat and video concept are also great. Although this song is kind of ‘sad’, the beat is funky and it still gives off a good vibe as you listen to it.

The video helped to reinforce the message in the song by showing people who were going through difficult times yet they remain assured that God has not forgotten them.

¨His biggest challenge has been finances¨ Bahati finally speaks on Denno´s disappearance

Bahati has been bashed severally for taking advantage of visually-impaired gospel singer, Denno.

However, he now claims that the ´Story Yangu´ singer actually ran short of funds therefore unable to continue with his gospel ministry.

Baba Majesty adds that recording an audio and shooting videos proved too costly for him.

Denno´s walk to fame kicked off after his collabo with popular gospel star Daddy Owen on their ´Mbona´ song.

Later on, he came in with Bahati on their collaboration ¨Story Yangu¨.

But since then, his whereabouts remain misty. EMB´s President, Bahati now seeks to re-brand Denno back into the music industry, through their new hit ´Bado´.

Well, after the birth of his daughter, he went silent. So what we thought was, Denno is busy raising his daughter and caring for his young family.

That is not it. Bahati explained further that Denno has been struggling to make ends meet for his family and loved ones.

Unfortunately the last three years have not been the best to our brother. As you know our country, one hit song is not enough to put food on the table. His biggest challenge being finances.

Demanding a bit too much from the pocket, Denno decided to call it quits.

Expensive marketing, lack of shows etc. I know this is not the best place to share this and Denno will testify another day. The Day Denno Shared with me I felt like I should do something.

Looks like the day has dawned when the gospel singer will finally bounce back on his feet.
