British rapper Lady Leshurr claims former Nairobi Dairies star Trapking tried to con her

British rapper Lady Leshurr hasn’t encountered the best from Kenyans ever since she first announced she will be flying in for a gig in Kenya.

According to the singer, former Nairobi Diaries actor Trapking Chrome, tried coning her as soon as she left Kenya. Taking to social media, she shared that some promoter in Kenya was trying to sell her a song for 500K.

In a May 21 tweet, the rapper, whose real name is Melesha Katrina O’Garro, said: “[Do you] Remember when I went to Kenya for a show? The same guy who booked me is the same guy trying to extort me, and sell an unseen music video I shot there… He even tried to sell it back to me for $5, 000 (Ksh507, 000). Wow, Kenya[ns], you are [on an] elite level of finesse.”

Adding:

“I remember I was about to go on stage for the Nicki Minaj show in Manchester and I got an email saying: ‘Lady Leshurr’s new music video Pretty Likkle Ting leaked’. It killed my energy proper… That was all I could focus on. It has been months, and he won’t leave me alone,” said the rapper.

Not coming

Trapking Chrome, who we know from his short acting career on K24, took to social media to say that rapper was insane.

“This b@tch done lost her mind,” posted the rapper on social media.

Lady Leshurr confirmed that TrapKing is from London but said that she doesn’t think she’ll come to Kenya any time soon.

“Before people think I am coming for Kenya[ns], the last part [of my original post] is obviously a banter. This brother [Trap King] is originally from London,” said the musician.
