Mr Eazi comes through on sizzling track ‘Come My Way’ alongside Darkovibes (Video)

There’s no doubt that Nigerian singer Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, is talented, and this evidenced by his successful singles but if you ask me, his collaborations are way better.

Take for instance a song that he released recently with upcoming Ghanaian artist Darkovibes titled Come My Way. It has been ruling the airwaves since it was released and to be honest, I’m not surprised because it’s so dope.

Darkovibes

I have listened to it so many since it was came out and every time I play it, one would think I’m hearing it for the first time judging by my excitement.

This track simply talks about treating your girlfriend right because if you don’t someone will snatch her from you and it will not be her fault. Put simply, treat her right or someone will take over.

I mean, what better time to convey this message than now when Valentine’s Day is just a few days away? I hope guys will not pretend because of this. Anyway, I digress.

I really love this track. For starters, most of Darkovibes lyrics are in his native language but you will just find yourself singing along and you won’t even notice and that is how you know a song is on point.

To add to that, Come My Way is well arranged. It just flows and the best part, according to me is the hook by Mr Eazi because his unique voice really spices up this song.

The beat and instrumentation are also on point. Other than the fact they make this  danceable, they also blend really well with the individual music styles of the artists.

I loved the video for this track, especially its simplicity. Although, it was shot in what looks like an abandoned house the director literally breathed life into it. I also loved the styling and flawless scene transitiong.

Runtown enlists Darkovibes and Bella Shmurda on new track ‘Body Riddim’ (Video)

The track dubbed Body Riddim, has been topping since it came out a few days ago and it’s not so hard to understand why because this jam is really dope.

Basically, this jam is about a certain lady who is giving Runtown sleepless nights because of her body and beauty. It’s more of a physical attraction hence the title, Body Riddim.

To be honest, the first time I listened to this song I was not really sure if I would love it as much as I do now because it is quite different if you compare it to songs like; Mad Over You, For Life and Emotions.

Maybe, just maybe, that is what sets Body Riddim apart because it is a big deviation from the Afro-beat style which is now too common.

Actually, this track is a cocktail of sorts because it blends many genres and that explains why I’ve had it on replay for the last two days.

Body Riddim is also well arranged. It just flows and you’re likely to master the whole of it after listening to it once or maybe twice.

Runtown

The vocals of the artists who are in it are also on point. They sound so pleasant to the ears , especially, of course, the one and only Runtown. He has never disappointed us and  today will not be his first day.

The beat and instrumentation is also good. I honestly can’t wait to see people busting moves to this jam the next time I hit the club. I also loved the video especially its quality and black and white tone.

Runtown has teamed up with Darkovibes on ‘Mike Tyson’ and it’s a hit (Video)

Award-winning Nigerian singer Douglas Jack Agu, popularly known as Runtown, has released a new jam with Mercy hitmaker Darkovibes and it’s getting a lot of love.

The song titled Mike Tyson is all about is all about having the courage to triumph over your enemies and people who hate on you just like Mike Tyson who is a former professional boxer.

I really love this song. It is very infectious and it’s likely that you’ll vibe to it from the moment you hit the play button.  You’ll also agree with me that it is well arranged.

Darkovibes

To add to that, Darkovibes’ and Runtown’s voices really blend well in the song. It’s almost as if they were meant for each other. I know I’m pushing it. Sorry.

The beat on this jam is also very catchy. It flows so well. Believe you me, you will not resist the urge to hit the replay button at least a couple of times.

I loved the video for this jam too. It pains a better picture of what Darkovibes and Runtown are singing about. To add to that, it also had some dope shots.
