Diana Bahati’s Lawyer Explains Why Willy Paul Won’t Be Spared

Kenyan musician Willy Paul, known by his stage name “Pozee,” was arrested on March 4th, 2024, at his Syokimau residence. These new details clarify that the arrest stemmed from cyberbullying charges.

According to Caroline Giseve, a lawyer representing musician Diana Bahati, the arrest was due to Willy Paul’s repeated failure to appear in court for cyberbullying charges. Giseve stated, “Investigations were conducted, and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions authorized Willy Paul’s arrest. Despite numerous summonses, Willy Paul failed to appear, leading to his arrest on Monday morning.”

Previous Legal Disputes

This arrest is linked to past legal disputes between Willy Paul and Diana Bahati’s husband, Bahati. In 2021, Willy Paul made online claims about having a past relationship with Diana. These claims ignited speculation and resulted in the current legal action.

Additional Allegations

Diana Bahati previously accused Willy Paul of attempted rape, leading to a court order requiring her to remove the video. Willy Paul countersued for defamation, suggesting Bahati’s accusations stemmed from her husband’s influence.

Diana Marua is happy to have another baby on the way. So far she has 4 of them but only two are biologically hers while the other two are from her husbands previous relationship but either way the rapper still considers all as hers.

Anyway with that said, Diana B has another one on her way and from her latest post we believe she’s currently stressed with what name she’ll give her unborn baby; now that she named her firstborn Heaven and son, Majesty. To her it’s tricky finding a suitable name that will fit proper and match with names she gave her eldest kids.

Well, I also pray that you’ll be blessed like Diana Bahati that the only thing that stresses you or your wife during pregnancy is small small things like names.

Normally most pregnant women stress about hospital bills, proper healthcare, Diapers, baby clothings among other things – but not a name. However as you can see, it’s the other way for Diana B.

Anyway let’s wait and see what name they’ll settle for.

Diana Bahati has lately been keeping a low profile especially with hubby busy campaigning for the Mathare parliamentary seat.

She however hasn’t stopped updating her fans on social media about her whereabouts not forgetting the kids too. This is however the first time she’s been this low key on social media but then again – time is changing everything and so are people growing up too.

Anyway with that said, Diana Bahati recently hosted Yvette Obura to their new home since she is Mueni’s mum and Bahati’s baby mama.

Being one who has been pushing for a positive relationship between her and Yvette – for sure – we’ve seen Diana Bahati do some wonderful things most women in her shoes would never to do for their partners exes/baby mama.

Diana Marua Bahati finally sat down with her husband’s ex girlfriend, Yvette Obura who also happens to be the mother of his first daughter, Mueni Bahati.

Their meeting however came as a big surprise to their followers especially after witnessing the tension they’ve both built between themselves for the past few years. Judging from the comments, fans described these two as mature women who can sit down and have grown up talk; despite their differences brought about by  their different relationships with Bahati.

Not many women are open to coparenting with their ex’s new woman but luckily for the Bahati’s, this is happening and far as we know is that, they’re all happy!

Diana comes clean on securities

However, the coparenting has only become easier with time that is judging from the interview mama Mueni had with Diana Marua.

From what she says is that they started getting along in 2020 – thanks to Mueni who would praise her aunty Diana to her mum, Yvette and with this a new bond started forming between the two.

Before that, Diana confessed to having been insecurities about her man (Bahati) communicating with baby mama; something she now feels was inappropriate and childish.

Speaking about this, the lady said;

  me I’d catch feelings like; saa yote mnaongea unaniambia, I want to know what you guys are talking about and at times I would take Bahati’s phone; and see that you’ve talked for three minutes. I wanted to know whatever it is that the two of you were talking about for three minute

According to Yvette Obura, she believes this same insecurities drove Diana Bahati to calling her, ordering her not to call or text Baha if it wasn’t about Mueni.

However, in Diana Marua’s defense at the time – she’d found a text from Yvette asking Bahati for something, and being new lady in his life, it didn’t sound right for exes to communicate these two were.

The Bahati’s could be expecting another child that is judging from a video Diana Bahati where she is seen wearing a yellow figure hugging dress, and the bump on her belly screams baby number 3!

Although fans are already convinced she is pregnant, we can however not confirm this until the Bahati’s address this rumor. However judging from the short video clip of Diana Bahati dancing with Moya David – the mother of two appears quite pregnant.

The lady went on to make the pregnancy abit more obvious as she tried to hide the bump – which unfortunately couldn’t be hidden. However, from the comments looks like fans also noticed she has been putting on some weight and unlike before – she’s slowly sliding into the ‘mum look.’

From what I can see, it seems like baby fever has been heavy on celebrities especially with the likes of Jackie Matubia, Celestine Ndinda, Celestine Gachui, Georgina Njenga, Ivy Namu among others who expecting new babies by end of this year.

Anyway, Diana Bahati’s pregnancy rumors come at a time when the Raburus are also said to be expecting their second child together. But since none of these celebrities has come forth to confirm the rumors – I guess we’ll have to assume it’s either food bellies if not babies.

Word making rounds on social media is that Bahati and his wife are currently fighting. Not the physical fight but the two might be falling apart after seeing Diana’s latest move that has left her deleting and unfollowing hubby.

Less than a year after the lady started calling Diana Bahati; the mother of two has once again edited her name to Miss Dee. If that doesn’t confirm the rumor’s then the photo shared on Edgar Obare’s page might just do that.

Apparently rumor has it that Bahati might be involved with Mylee Staicey’s  friend identified as Nimmoh Sally. As usual lady friend’s will always introduce their single friends to potential boyfriends; and just like that Stacey may have decided to help out her friend.

Gospel singer Kevin Bahati’s wife, Diana, was not too pleased after he gave her a gift that she did not want and had not asked for.

The Wanani hitmaker had noticed that Diana frequents the gym so he thought it wise to get her a smart watch that would show her how many calories she is shedding and what not.

After a work out session, Bahati decided to surprise her with the gift but she was not happy about it and told him to keep it.

Apparently, Diana had been expecting a brand new phone from her lover and when she saw the package she thought he had decided to upgrade her phone but that was not the case.

Feeling displeased, the mother of two claimed that Bahati had bought the watch for himself and wanted to pass it off as her gift only to keep it after she declines it.

“Really? Is this yours or mine. I thought you were getting me a phone. I don’t need a watch. I appreciate but you can do better honestly. Mimi si mzungu. My expectations were higher. It’s not even feminine,” she remarked.
