Diana Marua to Weezdom and Mr Seed: I was made to stand out, not to fit in

Bahati’s wife Diana Marua has been facing a lot of backlash for the better part of last week after gospel singer Weezdom and Mr Seed accused her of manipulating and turning Bahati into a different person.

Mr Seed’s wife Nimo blew everything out after claiming that Marua forced Bahati to call police on her. Mr Seed had to leave his record label after that and the two haven’t been seeing eye to eye.

Days later, Weezdom also left the record label saying that Marua ruined everything at EMB by over-controlling Bahati.

Not shaken

Well, as Kenyans descended on Marua calling her out for her alleged acts, it seems she hasn’t been shaken by the accusations.

On Instagram she sent a few posts throwing shade to Nimo, Weezdom and Mr Seed.

“Being taken to levels I never thought I’d get to because I was made to stand out, not to fit in…. ayeeee,” she posted.

She later made another post implying she’s Bahati’s pillar.

”Pillars are meant to stand strong. When God blesses you, you owe no one an explanation,” she wrote.

Did Diana Marua lie on live radio about her age to make Bahati look older?

Diana Marua is 6 years older than singer Bahati but that doesn’t mean she calls the shots at home. Bahati still does.

The two, who have been married now for two years, opened up about their huge age differences during a radio interview saying that Bahati, who is now 24, is still the man of the house and Marua, 30, follows what he says.

“He is the head of the house regardless of my age, I respect that boundary. I respect him as a husband,” she said.

In the show, Marua also lied about her age while trying to down play on their age difference. While confessing how their age difference used to be an issue, Marua said that she’s only 2 years older than him instead of 6.

“I am 2 years older than Bahati, only. In the beginning, it used to get to me but what matters right now is how he takes care of me. He makes me comfortable.” she said in the interview.
