Betty Kyallo who doubles up as a mum and business lady has been making money moves since quitting K24 about a year ago.

According to the lady, she now needed growth away from her TV job; and so far BK is ranked among the top businesswomen in Kenya – making a difference in the society.

BK has created job opportunities through her posh salon, Flair by Betty and now she also owns a barber shop. As seen on her page, BK held a lit event during the launch of her ‘Aftershave’ shop.

Thanks to a detailed post shared on her page, we understand that the event saw close friends and family who came in to show support for the hard working mum.

Through her IG page, BK updated her fans about the event saying;

“I’m glad my mum left him” Adele Onyango opens up about super abusive dad

Former Kiss FM radio presenter Adele has opened up about her abusive dad; a story she has always kept on the inside as the memories remain fresh in her head.

According to Adele, she grew up in an abusive home where her dad treated her mum with no respect; and at times it even got physical to a point it affected Adele and her siblings including the relatives who lived with them.

Speaking through her podcast, Adele who has always been on the front line fighting for women’s right; and the fact that she was sexually abused a few years ago – gave her strength to fight for what is right.

Abusive dad

Speaking for the first time, Adele revealed that her papa was super abusive towards her mum saying;

My dad was super abusive, like physically abusive; and the anxiety that would come when I’d hear his horn (like when he comes home) in the evening. It was intense because I would thinking (imagine at that age) would he be violent today; or will it be a peaceful night today? Trying to break deals with God like, just let it be peaceful. I am so thankful my mum left him.

Kiss FM’s Nick Ndeda calls it quits – after 9 years at Radio Africa

Nick Ndeda who has for years entertained many through his show on Kiss FM has finally hang his boots; after close to 9 years at Radio Africa.

Being one with many talents, Nick Ndeda has not graced the entertainment industry through his radio gigs; but also through movies as he is also known for his acting career.

However after exploring his talents well and doing what he loves most; Nick has now decided to call it quits from Kiss as he is now done with this part/season of his life.

Does this count as a farewell KISS? ????Seasons come and go, and my season with Radio Africa Group has come to and end. I had a rocking 7 years at @1055xfm and another dope 2 more at @kiss100kenya ???? I met the coolest people, made friends, family and memories. That’s what life and its seasons are about.

Vote of thanks to fans

Having created a supportive listening family through his radio shows; Nick Ndeda also went on to thank fans for always running in and keeping up with his show.

Despite many fans feeling disappointed by this announcement; Nick says this is part of his growth – as he will be able to make new friends as well as explore different opportunities now that he has free time on his hands.

Jalang’o reveals unknown details about adorable son

For many who did not know, radio presenter Jalang’o has a blended family; a daughter with ex wife and other unknown kids with his current wife.

Most fans know of his beautiful daughter and not the other kids. After years of working in the entertainment industry – Jalang’o has learnt to perfect the art of keeping his family on the low; and I guess this is why we haven’t gotten a chance to meet his kids with wife, Amina.

Speaking about his son for the first time – Jalang’o opened saying that he decided to give his handsome boy an Islam name. This is because his wife happens to be Muslim and he had no choice but to give his son at least one Islam name.

Responding to those asking him to impregnate his wife, Jalang’o said;

My son is called Jamail Edward.. Jamil is his name because my wife is Muslim. I said just this one time lets have his name be Jamail; and kila mtu amekuwa akisema patia bibi mimba. Patia bibi mimba, tulifunga hiyo mambo kitambo, only that I don’t post my children on social media.

Named after late grandparents

Judging from what Jalang’o says he decided to give his son one of his late father’s name; that is Edward.

In the candid interview, the Kiss FM presenter went on to add;

I used to tell him my name is Felix Odiwuor Otuchi; but he said Dad you are just Odiwuor. Where does Otuchi come from, I tell him it’s from my Dad. My Dad is called Edward Otuchi, he told me can I call myself Otuchi because you seem to be so proud of your Dad. I said yes, why not, then he told me can I spice it up, and now he calls himself King Otuchi,”

Boss moves! Betty Kyallo launches new business that will keep the boy child coming back for more

Former TV queen Betty Kyallo is making money moves in town and judging from how she has been moving in these streets; all we can say is Betty is one go getter.

So far she has a successful beauty parlor that continues to attract customers due to it’s good work; and the fact that it run by a humble lady means more customers for her.

Well, in 2020 Betty Kyallo moved Flair by Betty from FCB Mihrab to a two-storey building along Rose Avenue in Kilimani; according to reports this is because she needed to expand her business now that customers couldn’t fit in the old flair. Talk about God.

New Barbershop

Seeing how successful her business has become over the years; Betty Kyallo has opted to open a barber shop as seen on her social media pages.

Just a few hours ago the Flair CEO went on to announce the good news through her gram where she posted a photo bd captioned;

This comes weeks after word had it that she was involved with an Ethiopian handsome man who also happens to own a barber shop. So does this mean they merged their business together since Betty is a known media personality?

Or did she get inspired by his success and opted to start her own barber shop for healthy business competition? Well who knows!

Problem is, every time Zari gets close to Diamond Platnumz family; blogger Juma Lokole plays nice for a minute – until he feels it’s time to shame her for whatever reason.

After dumping Diamond Platnumz on Instagram 3 years ago – Lokole did not take this easy as we all witnessed him fired back at the boss lady with everything he had.

This is allegedly because Lokole is on a payroll to attack anyone who tries to make Diamond look bad; and so far Lokole has managed to clean up his bosses quite well.

Actress Selina opens up about painful experience of living with wicked step mother

One wouldn’t understand the value of a mother until you lose them to death. Trust me, actress Celestine Gachuhi knows this quite well.

Speaking about her childhood, the actress revealed that her mum passed on while she was still young; leaving her behind with an energetic dad capable of remarrying.

And yes, after a while her dad got himself a wife who was meant to play the role of a mother in Selina’s life; but unfortunately she turned out to be a nightmare. Most people will tell you that step mums are the worst; but according to Celestine Gachuhi, her step mum was extra worse!

Depression

According to the now successful actress, having a step mum mistreat; and not show any affection pushed her into depression.

This is because the mum she now had treated more like an outcast and even after class 8; she was sent all the way to Narok where she attended her high school.

When I was in class five, my mother passed away. In 2007, my dad got married to my step-mum. When I finished my primary school in Nakuru I was taken to Narok and life was not good and as amazing as it should be for anyone in high school.

Speaking about depression, Celestine Gichuhi said;

I was depressed with the kind of life I was living and the things I was going through with my step-mum. God’s grace is sufficient and I completed my studies and went Ushagu.

For those wondering how she ended up in Nairobi, Celestine aka Selina opened up saying;

I came to Nairobi to live with my sister in a single room in Kayole. I worked for a travelling theatre that paid 3,800 for three months. Thats how it started, I loved being on TV and my role model back then was Julie Gichuru.

Tanasha Donna has been making headlines since the weekend began all thanks to her Tanzanian in laws. So far we are told that she jetted into Bongo for her son to see his dad; but judging from the weekend activities – let’s just say there was more to the visit.

This is because Donna not only club hopped with Diamond Platnumz; but also got a chance to perform for her Tz fans – and that is where all hell broke loose.

Nazizi speaks after dad is admitted in the Intensive care unit

Over the weekend Nazizi Harji’s went online to ask fans to help donate blood for her ailing dad who is currently admitted at the Nairobi Hospital ICU ward. And in a few hours she once again shared another post thanking everyone who came into donate.

In a detailed post the veteran artist went on to post saying;

Thankful for all the support. We have got almost all the blood now, I’m super thankful all I can is thank you on behalf of my family.

From her previous posts we understand that her dad, Firoze Hirji, has been at the ICU for almost a week now following an unnamed illness. Through her IG page, Nazizi narrated how tough things have been for her family saying;

On this day I was super thankfull that my mum was out of the hospital and was getting better. I’d spent a whole week with her talking and feeling blessed to have her around still. I went to the beach and reflected on our time together and how precious Life is ..Little did i know that just a few hrs after this pic I’d be thrown into onother whirlwind. It’s been 10 days since dad has been in hospital. I’ve spent alot of time with him too, I’m lucky I been on leave coz jah knows I wouldn’t be able to cope.

Juggling busy schedule

Being a mum and a daughter has been quite tough on Nazizi who went on to talk about this on the same detailed post. However this being part of life and despite having both parents in and out of hospital, Naz went on to add;

The coming week will be another challenging one for I . Getting back to work when pops still in the hospital. Creating time to be with @tafari_firoz as his also back to school. Balancing all the responsibilities nuh easy sometimes. Thanks to everyone who has called, texted , sent me Dms of encouragement and the few who have shown up to visit. I appreciate all of you and I’m super overwhelmed to respond to everyone but I see you and I’m Thankful.

And in conclusion, the singer thanked fans and friends for the support they have been showing; and hopefully, her dad will be discharged soon.

The gospel artist who is trying to get back into the music industry after a long personal break; recently held a candid interview with TVeTanzania where she opens up about her illness and marriage.

Being a mother of 3 Rose Muhando says she is grateful for the small family; but unlike most mums, she has no need to find a father figure for her children. According to Rose Muhando she decided this a long time ago and has never felt the need to change her ways.

Reveals why

According to Ms Muhando her career cannot allow her to handle a man the right way. She went on to blame her single life on her busy schedule that has her moving from one city to another – if not a country.

With such a schedule Muhando says she will not be able to satisfy some of her husbands needs; and for this reason has opted to live life as a single parent.

“I have never gotten married since I do not think I can live with a man and handle him well. I travel a lot and so my work cannot allow me to be with him always. Maybe I find one who is very understanding, but I am careful with my job and I protect it so much.”

From her photos it’s evident to see that time is no longer on her side; and if Rose Muhando ever changes her mind, then I guess she has few more years before she becomes a ‘senior senior.’

After Zari brought down her kids about a month ago; Tanasha has followed suit and is currently in Tanzania with her baby boy NJ. However it appears that this trip was not to coparent but to resolve their issues.

This is because Tanasha and baby daddy have been hanging out since her arrival; and according to Bongo tabloids, the two even shared a bedroom which means they might be back together. But hey, Diamond is one unpredictable man – one minute it might be Tanasha and the next, Hamisa.

But thanks to the unnamed cousin, we managed to get a photo of Kabi’s baby mama. Judging from the photo shared, it’s evident to see the lady was happy around the man she thought would make a responsible dad; but it’s life – but the best part is that her daughter can now get some support.

Word making rounds on social media is that Kabi Wajesus is a deadbeat dad! Like wow! Anyway, according to one of Edgar Obare’s followers who is a cousin to Kabi’s alleged baby mama; she confirmed that the man of God has a 7 year old who he fathered back in 2013.

For a minute this sounded like a joke or a prank being pulled on the tea master; but thanks to a few photos shared by Kabi himself back in the day – we can confirm that rumors are true.

However what surprises many is the fact that Kabi has always carried himself as a righteous man; and a holier than thou but the tables just turned for him and the truth about his past is now a hot topic on the internet.

Deadbeat characters

Although this is a private matter between him and the baby mama – Kabi has angered many by changing his bio from father of two to one. Clearly this shows the kind of man he is and also confirms the dead beat dad allegations.

We cannot tell why he opted to pull such a move – especially with everyone watching his move; but truth is, this doesn’t change the fact that he has a daughter with someone else.

As for now all we can do is wait for another ‘Godly’ explanation telling fans why he decided to neglect his daughter for years; yet he can give both his children a good life! Selfish much?

Comedian MC Jessy has turned a year older and to mark this milestone; the popular media personality had shared a detailed post talking about his journey in the entertainment industry.

As seen on the post Jessy talked about his new added year; not forgetting some of the achievements he has since made. Through his social media pages, the comedian went on name of things that have brought some growth in his career; that is Jessy Junction and Jessy foundation. He wrote;

It can be a challenge finding just the right words for someone when they are celebrating their birthday let alone yours. But what a better way to celebrate this big day, birthdays like the holiday season, come around just once a year, making them the perfect time to see how far you’ve come.

Meet Teacher Wanjiku’s 11 year old son that we knew nothing about!

Teacher Wanjiku who is known for her hilarious jokes has an 11 year old son who she recently introduced to fans through her social media pages.

Being the first time she is showing off to her online family; many could not believe that she has a grown – who will be joining high school in 3 to 4 years to come. This is because Teacher Wanjiku’s youthful looks don’t show any signs of being above 30 years.

However thanks to the good and stress free life – Wanjiku has been able to achieve perfect skin hence the funny comments asking her to show her son’s birth certificate.

Anyway truth is, she may have had him while young but all we know is that she is that she has a young daughter with hubby, victor Ber.

Comedian Njugush was skinny. Like literally skinny and not even in our wildest dreams did we imagine him gaining weight. This is because it looked impossible and for some reason; most of his fans seemed to love his ‘small’ body especially on TRHK.

However with time, the money started coming in and so did the good life. With time he embarked on a weight gain journey that has transformed him in ways we cannot explain in plain words.

While everyone is looking for tips on shedding off fat, Njugush choose to do the opposite by reversing weight loss. Yes, that’s gaining weight, through building muscle; and judging by how serious he treats his gym sessions – the results are now amazing.

For someone like Njugush and Eric Omondi we can note that – they have not been on an intense diet nor fitness plan a move that highly helped in contributing to their weight gain.

Radio presenter Kamene Goro is one tough lady and so far she has proven to have both brains and beauty! I mean, have you seen how hot she is..? Her glowing skin and stylish vibe she walks around in would definitely make anyone fall in love with her.

However 4 years ago, Kamene Goro was left stranded by her fiancé who later walked out on her. According to Kamene Goro the fella was still undecided on marriage; a move that left the radio host broken for years.

So far Kamene has not been able to date or even stay in a relationship for long since she still carries around the pain her ex left her in. However this does not mean that she does not want a serious relationship – but problem is, she can’t bring herself to love.

One would expect Daddy Owens brothers – that is Rufftone and Slejj ti bad mouth or act cold towards there former sister in law; but that is not the case! These men are real gentlemen who still respect Farida and the kids.

After many went on to claim that Farida walked out on Daddy Owen after bagging a millionaire; Slejj who is Owen’s youngest brother has come out to speak out – concerning the matter.

According to the young man, he cannot add or subtract whatever has been said by the media; but all he can say is that everything is fine or rather cool. Speaking during an interview with Mzazi Willy M Tuva, he said;
