January has not been an easy month for bosslady Zari Hassan thanks to her 13 year old son, Raphael Junior. This is after the young man went on an IG live session to declare that he was only attracted to fellow boys.
Judging from the video, the young man is heard talking about having been taught that women are for men; but having soul searched, he discovered that he is different.

His mother however tried to fix the mess by claiming her son is not who he claims to be; as he already has a girlfriend. But went on to add that just in case he turned out gay – she would then support him no matter what.

I asked myself how his parents had come from Elburgon to pick him at the airport, yet I am in Nairobi and I was not aware he was coming.
Unlike any other parent, Shiku says Aaron did not show any concerns about his kids; nor their marriage. She went on to add that Aaron only showed up at her house 2 weeks after the funeral to pick his belongings as he broke up with her;

He did not even greet me but went straight to the bedroom and started packing his clothes. He also unmounted the television, leaving the children so stranded.
Years later, it appears that he may have gotten back his senses and is currently active back in his kids lives; and marriage – however Shiku did not mention whether they are back together or on an on and off relationship following their fall out.

In March she lost the love of her life after a tragic gas explosion that ended up costing her husband’s the late Belovedjohn Apewajoye’s life. As if this was not enough, Ruth Matete was denied her husband’s body which was being held back for investigations.

Anyway, we recently came across a page believed to be run by Amber Ray’s small sister; and boy – is she her sister’s twin in terms of looks.
Although the sister ‘Ella Ray’ appears quite younger than Amber Ray; all we know is that the two sisters look everything like each other and if I am not wrong, Amber probably also looked the same back in the day.

In December Comedian Owago left tongues wagging after showing off his bachelor house (Simba) from back in the village.
Looking at photos of the house shared online, one wouldn’t blame fans for asking how; and why he would have such a simba yet he keeps making money every now and then in Nairobi. Introducing the Simba to his fans, the young man wrote;

However what many did not know is that the comedian wanted to see what fans would say about his struggling home; before he finally unveiled the real house he has been building for the past few months.

Well turns out that Owago Onyiro has been wisely investing back home and so far has an unfinished bungalow which he recently unveiled through his IG page.
Knowing well that not many young men invest back home; Owago instead chose to make a difference and boy does he have a big unfinished house waiting for the small touches for it to be done. He wrote;

Comedian Njoro is currently in mourning after losing his dear father; who had been battling stomach cancer that was detected just a few months ago. Unfortunately despite the treatment and care he had been receiving, Njoro’s dad finally rested as announced by his son through IG.
Njoro who made a career by telling jokes about his dad went on to mourn his old man in an emotional post where he revealed how hurt he was to have lost a man that he adored.

In a new post shared late this evening, Njoro for the first time went on to unveil his father’s face; but used an emotional post where he shared a story behind his famous suit.
Well, for those who have watched some of his projects on Churchill already know how hilarious the old man was; but now that he is gone, all they he has is memories.

Comedian Njoro has began his year on a sad note after losing his dear dad. The comedian who is popularly known for his ‘daddy’ jokes went on to announce the sad news through his social media pages.
Looking at the post, Njoro went on to reveal how broken he is to have lost a man that he admired; and even created a career out of. Indeed losing a parent has never been easy but after his battle with cancer; Baba Njoro finally got to rest.

Stomach Cancer
Before the untilemly death, Njoro had earlier revealed that his dad had been diagnosed with cancer; but he did not reveal at which stage they had discovered it. Speaking about this a while back; Njoro went on to reveal that part of his depression was a result of his father’s illness that saw him get stressed out.

My depression was very bad, at least sai kuna madawa nilikuwa nakunywa but again tena kuna shida ingine Mzee nay eye akakuja akakuwa msick sana. Akapatikana na cancer, sasa unaona hiyo pressure yote, uko na watoto pale. Mzee ni Cancer ya Tumbo.
Although this is hard to take in, fans and friends have come out in huge numbers to send their condolence to Njoro’s family; an we all hope they will get over this soon. Ghafla also sends their heartfelt condolences to the comedian and his entire family as they face this trying time.
Vera Sidika may be married to Brown Mauzo and for some reason fans feel that she may also be bored with that ‘wifey’ type of life. Probably this is because she only carried herself as a wife for a few weeks; then jumped right back inti the street life – which seems more fun.
Well, this past weekend as the world ushered in the new year; Vera Sidika went on to unveil a new video where she is seen twerking or rather clapping her booty. Of course there are those who could not but help leaving thirsty comments; while the holier than thou called her out for the ratchet behavior.
To caption this post, Vera made it known that she recorded it as a gift for her fans now that 2020 is gone and hopefully forgotten by March. She wrote;

Looking closely at the video you will understand that Vera this time around was ready to parade whatever part of her body just to keep fans talking. With this video, we can sure you that most fans did more than talking. Some went to an extent of shaming her parents for raising someone without morals… but hey, this helps pay her bills.

Controversial singer Bahati has come forth to address the president for extending curfew or rather ‘lockdown’ that has left many affected business wise.
With the curfew still in place means that there are no night clubs operating past 10pm – hence making business hard for people like DJs, waiters, Club owners and of course artists.

So far apart from the Nairobi fest concert that cost a 17 year old boy’s life; we have not had many concerts held in the country. With this, the likes of Bahati feel affected in ways that they can only understand. Speaking for artists, Bahati recently went on to call out the president for not considering those beneath him.

As seen on the post, the now love song artist went on to remind the president that most artists in the country are husbands/wives and dads/mums who have families looking up to them.
With Kenya still on lockdown, it makes it hard for most of them to even provide for their families; as they depend on their careers to provide for their loved ones. However this has been impossible for some reason; since no one wants to risk being manhandled by the police who have allegedly been harassing Kenyans in the name of ‘Covid-19.’ He wrote;

In yet another post, Bahati went on to reveal that he has a new song coming up….I guess he now has our attention.
The year 2020 was not only a bad year for most people but a year where people got to learn the hard way. Relationships broke, others lost their jobs and sadly family members due to Covid-19 or other incidents.
As for Kenya, we lost a funny man, mentor and father of comedy – Papa Shirandula. According to reports, the late Papa Shirandula passed on after getting infected with Covid-19; and as you all know, only family and close friends were allowed at his burial.

Actress Awinja aka Jacky Vike who was present at the funeral recently went on to share unknown but shocking details from the funeral. According to Jacky, the Ministry of Health handled Papa Shirandula’s funeral with much disrespect; through their precaution measures. She wrote;
Woah 2020!! Sijui nianzie wapi, but it has been the worst year for me, a painful one, the death of this father/mentor of mine really affected me in ways I cannot explain but we heal with time. Nimeamua sitavuka mwaka na ma uchungu so here I go…

According to the actress, the MoH pretended to be strict for the sake of TV. This is because they chose to treat Papa’s friends from Nairobi as-if they had been confirmed to have Covid-19.

This is because everything the visitors touched was fumigated in the name of ‘precautions’ not knowing that they were stigmatizing Papa’s family indirectly. She went on to open up saying;
The way everything was conducted during Papa’s burial still hurts me to date.
I still feel everything was done for TV, because I have attended and seen burial of “COVID 19” cases and it was not the same as Papa’s. The ministry of health (MOH) who should be knowing better on STIGMATIZATION treated us like we all were confirmed cases of Covid-19.
Yes I understand you have to adhere to all measures but some things were unnecessary!

Jacky Vike went on to share the unfortunate experience that left villagers in the late Papa Shirandula’s home scared to death. She wrote;
Some of my colleagues arrived at 4:00am that morning and the MOH officials were there waiting for us. So guys were not allowed to leave the vehicle in the first instance. While in the vehicle the vehicle was fumigated. Our movement was restricted and even going to the toilet was a problem.
Toilets would be fumigated if any of us visited. Kidogo wachote hio waste wa fumigate, mahali mtu wa Nairobi alikua anakanyaga ilikua fumigated each and every step, mtu wa Nairobi alikua anagusa anything unachapwa fumigation utafikiria uko kwa JKL Live umetoa point ya mauwano, this instilled so much fear and sadness to the Villagers and relatives in general
And as you all saw since it was Live on TV no one could get near the gravesite or the Coffin, so hatukuelewa vile hii virus inapita Bodybag yet coffin imeshinda ikichapwa fumigation from mortuary all the way to the homestead.
Lastly
Just to prove how much this affected Shirandula’s wife; Jacky went on to reveal that most villagers have been treating her as an outcast; following how her late husband’s funeral was handled.
We were on location, but we watched the burial on Viusasa like everyone else. After the burial, Nairobians were literally chased from the homestead! This really broke Mama Papa’s heart she couldn’t understand anything that was going on, it was never the same after we left, the neighbors avoided the family, even buying anything from the shopping Centre they had to send someone from a different family. I cannot write each and every detail here so maybe one day I’ll talk about it on Video.
