Vera Sidika is a busy woman. If she is not working at the office, Vera Sidika is busy working out and now has added another activity to her busy schedule.

Days after fans criticised her for being overweight Vera Sidika and her new man have now opted for gym sessions. However just like Corazon and Frankie Just Gym It; Ms Sidika is being trained by her boyfriend, Brown Mauzo.

This comes days after fans went all in bashing Vera Sidika for her weight gain that has left her looking rather odd! However with the pandemic here and no movements; Vera says she then gained unnecessary weight which she had been planning to shed off once the gym reopens.

Vera Sidika back to working out

Anyway, now that she has also fully settled in Mombasa; it appears that her boyfriend is on a mission to help his woman shed off some weight.

So far we have seen her talk about running up and down her stairs; and from the sweat dripping down her face, we can indeed confirm that she is burning some fat!

Weezdom’s curvy girlfriend has been talking a lot on social media; and if I am not wrong, this lady probably has no idea that the internet never forgets!

As seen on her latest post shared on her Instagram page; the young lady who has been seeing Weezdom for months now went on to share a piece of advice with her haters. This is after a few characters here and there threw shade at her relationship with Weezdom saying that they would go nowhere.

However,Staicey who continues investing in her man brushed this off saying that those hating will end up in tears; as she remains positive about her relationship with the former singer.

Through her social media pages, Staicey told off the hate comments saying:

Well, love does wonders and in this case Ms Staicey is assured that the former singer will end up marrying her. Not bad, but seeing how Weezdom dumped the likes of Niccah the queen; we wouldn’t really start talking about wedding right now.

Well, on the latest episode shared on BK’s Youtube channel; we get to understand why Betty Kyallo gained the unnecessary weight about 3 years after her daughter was born. This is because most women tend add weight after giving birth but this was not the case with Betty.

Speaking to her youngest sister, Gloria Kyallo the two made it known that their bodies easily add weight depending on a situation. As for Gloria Kyallo, her toxic relationship led to her weight gain; despite the many times she watched her diet. According to the young lady, the stress kept pushing her body the wrong direction until she finally called it quits!

Fortunately the relationship finally came to an end and for some reason (break up depression) Betty started losing weight!

Actress Sharon Mutuku popularly known as Sofia from Machachari struggled hard after her last born daughter was born.

Through her social media pages Sharon Mutuku went on to reveal that at 3 weeks; her baby girl developed bronchitis; something that led to more complications.

However luckily for her, Sharon says her baby girl Zamia fought all the way through. Despite doctors diagnosing the child with Bronchitis, baby Zamia was also set to undergo a finger amputation as directed by her doctors. Through her Instagram page the yummy mummy went on to narrate the story saying;

The late Zari aka Pretty Mutave is said ti have been a beautiful soul that often made many comfortable whenever she was around. Although not many know her so well, the likes of Rashid Abdalla; and Lulu Hassan have indeed confirmed that she was a blessing to work with them.

Well, among those who have celebrated the life of Miss Pretty Mutave is fellow actor Luwi Capello who worked with the lady on popular show Maza. Since he got to see her once in a while on set; the two became good friends and from Luwi’s post, I guess they also joked around every now and then.

However, with a go ahead from her gynecologist and a trainer like Frankie Just Gym It; then this all seems to be a walk in the park for her. A few weeks ago the lady got many talking on social media after parading her post baby body which allegedly had been photoshopped.

But thanks to a new video shared on her Instagram story; it appears that even without the gym sessions, Corazon is slowly get to where she once was.

The wise men will tell you not to bite the hand that feeds; but unfortunately for Sailors gang, they did not just bite but abuse it too.

Well, word making rounds on social media is that Sailors fell out with their former management Fast Cash Music Group ran by KRG the Don.

Rumor has it that the group has not been seeing eye to eye with the flamboyant Kenyan dancehall singer refused to pay them for a collaboration about 4 months ago.

Too many expectations

However according to KRG the Don, this was not part of the agreement when Sailors management approached him to mentor and support the boys; which he did!

Speaking about this issue during a well detailed interview done on Switch TV; KRG the Don went on to reveal how the boys came on board with the mentality that he would use his own money to support their music.

But unfortunately this could not happen as Sailors management inclusive of Mwalimu Rachel were in charge of their financials; and if anything KRG had already stepped in a number of times but Sailors still let him down.

YY’s piece of advice to struggling comedians during this pandemic

Comedian YY is not doing so bad on his own especially now that there are no paying gigs due to the pandemic. Just like most comedians, YY is investing in online comedy and just like Jalang’o, Njugush; and the rest, he has managed to win more fans through his YouTube skits and interviews.

Speaking to People Daily recently, the young man not only opened up about his life; but shared important information that will come in handy to upcoming comedians.

According to the comedian, life for him was not so easy and for this reason he felt the need to change it. Knowing very well that he had come poor back ground, YY says he made sure to study hard to ensure his future generations has something to be proud of.

For those who did not know, YY is actually a graduate who studied Health Management and Information at the Kenyatta University.

I was enrolled in the School of Health Sciences department of Health Management and Information at the Kenyatta University to pursue a course in Health Records and Information Management. It basically deals with medical data.

Advice to fellow comedians

Seeing how most people have been affected by the pandemic; YY went on to open up advising the youths and fellow comedians on the importance of staying positive.

He went on to urge them to avoid turning to drugs for quick solutions; as they often end up drowning in depression without realizing it.

A lot has been said by both Seth Gor and his ex, Shiko Phyna. After 8 months of being apart, the exes are back to making headlines; thanks to a detailed post shared by Seth Gor this past weekend.

As we all know, the comedian is now accusing the young lass of punching him to a point where she lost a nail. We are however not sure as what sparked the fight that broke the two apart about 8 months ago.

Addressing this issue through her Twitter handle; Shiko says the drama started on the night of Seth’s graduation party at popular night club on Langata road. According to her posts, it’s clear to see that just like any other couple; the two had already exhausted their love affair but kept on hanging on.

Well if it comes to relationship issues, we might as well agree that this a topic that can solved by the two parties!

Away from that, it appears that the young lady deleted all her photos from social media due to personal reasons. However thanks to a close sources of the former couple; we now understand that Ms Shiko Phyna is not as petite as we might have thought.

Funny man Seth Gor was indeed bold to share his side of the story months after his break up with ex, Shiko Phyna. According to reports the two had a nasty break up that involved violence; and luckily, the two did not stick around each other for long.

Their break up however become public all thanks to Shiko Phyna; who went on to disclose details of her breakup with Seth to blogger Edgar Obare. As usual many feminists came out to bash Seth Gor – not knowing that a coin has two sides.

However comedian Seth Gor this past weekend went on to share unknown details surrounding his break up with Shiko. According to Seth, many misjudged him while along he was the victim. Apparently Ms Shiko had been quite violent towards him; and the fact that she was a cop made it easier for her to walk out with no blame.

Of course the story has ignited mixed feelings about the whole drama and while many support Mr Gor; others can’t help but question how a petite lady managed to clobber Seth who appears to have a well built body!

Rapper King Kaka and ex lover cum baby mama Sage Chemutai did date for long back in 2013/2014. Word has it that the two had already parted ways by the time their daughter was born.

Sage Chemutai who at the time had been dropping hits thanks to her sultry voice disappeared from social media; but little did we know what she was battling with in silence.

Turns out that the break up hit her hard to a point where she went into depression. Apart from the sudden weight loss; the lass tried and succeeded to keep her dark thoughts hidden.

However on September 10, Sage talked about her attempts to commit suicide for the first time. In a detailed post shared on her social media pages, the lass went on to write;

This photo of me was taken a couple of days after I wrote a suicide note. I was still highly suicidal (for the first time in more than a decade). The guy who took the photo had no idea. We had just had a wonderful breakfast and catch up.

Well, if you thought depression is a joke, then sages story might just change your mind. According to the lady, she had already drafted a suicidal note; which was to reveal her main reason for choosing to take her own life.

Pregnant pastor Ruth Matete has been facing each day as it comes. This is after losing her husband the late pastor Beloved John Apewajoye; to a tragic gas explosion that left him with serious burns a few months ago.

However what Ruth Matete will tell you is that losing a husband; someone she was closely attached to and pregnant for is not as easy as many think. After his death the pastor decided to withdraw all her social media activities until just recently; when she opted to come back.

As seen on a few posts on her page, Ms Matete went on to urge fans not to ask questions nor condole her as the pain was still too fresh.

The life after

Well, being hormonal and still in mourning has not made life any easier for Ruth Matete. Thanks to a new post shared on her page; the singer cum preacher goes on to admit that life without her husband has been quite a journey.

According to the soon to be mum, some days are hard; while others seem okay for a few minutes before reality kicks in. She went on to open up about this saying;

Truth is some days are very hard. When death knocks at your door, there’s nothing you can do. Some days, voices in my head tell me am taking too long in this mourning phase. But I have made up my mind not to be hard on myself. I patiently wait for the day God will heal me totally. But the again, some days I doubt if this kind of pain can totally heal. So I ask God to give me a new heart instead.
Till then, I’ll smile when God gives me a chance to. I will laugh when God allows me to. But above all, I will keep serving Him.

But with the baby around the corner; Ruth might just receive the joy she has been waiting for!

Wema Sepetu is angry! This is after a few of her friends started pointing fingers at the company she often keeps. Apparently most of these have been judging her bisexual and homosexual friends who she happens to keep close.

They say show me your friends, and I will tell you who you are! A point that Wema Sepetu seems to have forgotten while parading her friends through social media.

Alikiba and his wife already reconciled after their dramatic breakup fueled by long term side chick, Diva the bawse of clouds FM.

Since the breakup went down on social media many had already assumed that Kiba and Amina Khaleef would never reconcile; but as usual, love is a topic one wouldn’t predict especially when lovers break up.

Well, barely six months after the drama and Alikiba is back with his Kenyan wife. Word making rounds is that the two reunited after much counselling down by family members; and since Alikiba was the one cheating, I guess he humbled himself in order to get back his wife.

Amina pregnant with baby number 2?

Thanks to a few photos making rounds on social media, we can indeed confirm that their love is back to where it once was.

Having seen celebrities on social media use the same trick to hide their bumps; seems that Amina tried a bit too hard making it obvious that she was with child!

Hamisa Mobetto has no bad blood with either Tanasha Donna or Zari Hassan since they all have thing in common; Diamond Platnumz!

Speaking to Tanzanian news channel Ijumaa Wikienda, Hamisa Mobetto made it known that she has been in effort to bring both Zari and Tanasha close. This is mostly because their children remain siblings despite the many issues surrounding their different relationships with baby daddy, Simba.

So far Hamisa Mobetto has managed to mend her relationship with Tanasha Donna; but when it comes to Zari things remain the same as the South African socialite remains bitter with Hamisa. Speaking during the interview, Miss Mobetto went on to add;
