Othuol Othuol discharged from hospital!

Othuol Othuol was discharged from hospital on Monday, 6 July as directed by doctors. This was announced by Ken Waudo; who is the chairman of the comedian Society of Kenya.

According to Ken Waudo Othuol will have to receive his treatment from home to avoid exposing him to more danger; especially with the on going COVID 19 pandemic.

Speaking to popular news outlet, Waudo went on to add that Othuol is more safe at home than having him at a crowded ward at the hospital. He opened up saying;

Othuol Othuol is not out of danger, actually the precaution is that the nursing can be taken care from home given hospitals are on high risk level for other infections at this time of the pandemic.

In need of prayers!

Waudo went on to add that Othuol will be undergoing physical therapy for 3 days in the next 6 months; hoping that his health improves in due time.

Corazon Kwamboka comes clean about her soon to be baby daddy!

Former socialite Corazon Kwamboka must be the happiest lady after getting pregnant; years after trying and seeking medical attention all over.

The retired socialite who also turns out to be a lawyer once opened up revealing her struggle with Endometriosis; a disorder that left her thinking that she would remain childless despite trying to get pregnant for years.

However her gynecologist came through giving her hope and barely a year after this; and Miss Corazon is now expecting her first child with her boyfriend.

The lass opened up about her pregnancy journey speaking to blogger Edgar Obare. According to Corazon, the pregnancy was never planned for but happened; but either way this is a win for her as she had always dreamed of starting her own family.

Although Frankie seems to be attracting negative energy from bitter women on social media; Corazon spoke nothing but positive things about her man.

Well, having bonded with the fella on a personal level Corazon Kwamboka has since learnt one or two things about her man; and probably this is why she doesn’t seem bothered by the stories circulating about her soon to be baby father.

Speaking to Edgar Obare on IG live, Corazon confirmed that the guy is indeed responsible for her pregnancy; and judging from how Frankie kept looking at her, it’s clear that Frankie is totally in love.

Although Frankie’s ex remains silent on this topic; Corazon recently praised Frankie for being a good dad to his boys – adding that this was an assurance that he will love their unborn baby the same way!

“There is no rest for the wicked!” Lilian Muli tells stalker

Lilian Muli seems to be dealing with a stalker who recently took a photo of her car for his personal use.

According to Ms Muli the stalker tried to pull a malicious move on hoping to gain something; but our TV girl has been praying hard making it impossible for her enemies to succeed!

As seen on her post, Lilian Muli went on to remind the unnamed person that they failed miserably; leaving most of her fans wondering whether all is well with her or has she been making enemies on her off days?

Through her Instagram page the mother of 2 wrote;

Don’t worry. There is no rest for the wicked. I am passing this message to you who took a photo of my car and tried to use it for your pathetic malicious gain. You failed miserably. Again I repeat. There is no rest for the wicked!

Baby daddy drama

This comes barely 3 months after Ms Muli came out to share one of her biggest regrets in life. Through her social media pages the lady admitted to having settled for less; yet she could have had it all!

Although the post seemed to point at various things like job, marriage, friendship; Ms Muli gave fans a chance to speculate – and of course many fans couldn’t help but wonder whether she was facing some marriage crisis.

No one can confirm this for now, but all we know is that Lilian Muli never holds anything back whenever she is angry. The last time we saw the lady expose her baby daddy for being a community husband.

I am officially single and will now focus on raising my boys.As public figures, we meet all sorts of people and most just want trophies so be very careful who you allow into your life, don’t go giving your heart to everyone.

The journalist went on to accuse her baby daddy of having a string of women in his life; something that she could not work with. She went on to conclude her community husband post saying;

Kiss FM’s Jalang’o has been making money moves despite having been fired or rather resigned from Milele FM where he hosted the morning show alongside Alex Mwakideu!

As seen on one of his stories that has since been deleted; it appears that Jalang’o gifted himself a V8 estimated to cost around Ksh 20 million! Yes, the presenter balled for himself during this pandemic season that has left most Kenyans swimming in poverty due to lack of money.

His new Toyota Land Cruiser V8 200 Series is undeniably not only attractive to the eye; but the sound of the engine makes it evident that this is no ordinary car! He however adds it to the list of expensive rides in his parking lot back at home.

So far Jalango owns a Mercedes Benz and Land Rover Discovery, BMW X6 among other rides that he barely flaunts on his social media pages!

This comes a few days after Jalang’o opened up revealing how he once boarded a matatu to Kasarani; forgetting his parked Toyota Scarlet since he had not adopted to having his own car which he bought early 2009!

Comedian Zeddy summoned by the DCI

Comedian Zeddy has found herself in trouble after her online rant; that saw her expose some of the Churchill show officials last week.

According to Zeddy, one Victor Ber is the main reason most comedians have been dying in poverty. The lass exposed Victor Ber for firing some of the new faces that brought laughter on the show; replacing them with those that obeyed and followed his rules.

With such accusations especially with a dead person involved; many Kenyans joined in to bash the corrupt management running the Churchill show hoping to bring change.

Zeddy summoned

With her stories making rounds on social media and almost all Kenyan blogs; Zeddy indeed did stop reggae as everyone flocked her page to get informed as the female comedian left no stone unturned!

However little did she know that the posts would lead to her being summoned by the DCI for apparently cyber bullying and computer misuse.

Through her Instagram page the mother of 2 shared a screenshot showing the message received from the DCI which read;

Good morning? I am Philip of dci central Nairobi. I am investigating a case of computer misuse and cyber crime act. Kindly avail yourself at DCI central Nairobi for statement recording on Monday 6th June 2020.

To which Zeddy went on to reply through a caption where she asked any lawyer to step in and help her since she did not understand what the DCI message meant.

For a minute, she finally got to understand that money and connections run Kenya; and since she is still new to this, she may need to make powerful friends in future!

Boss Moves! Ken Mijungu reveals his next big project after he was fired from NTV

Ken Mijungu was unfortunately among the fired news anchors from NTV Kenya. The journalist then confirmed rumors about his exit from the station in a post shared on his social media pages.

He went on to thank everyone he had been working with a post where he wrote:

The axe fell @NTVnewsroom and I was on its way. 7 years in those corridors summed up in a two-page letter of termination. We live to fight another day. Thanks to God, He remains the greatest, thank you @ntvkenya for the opportunity and thank you for always staying tuned.

However unlike some of his colleagues, Ken Mijungu already had a plan B that will not see him go broke in a few months; or even years, that is if he is now venturing into law permanently.

As seen on his latest post, it appears that the former NTV news anchor is now planning to join his law firm identified as Ken Mijungu Legal Consultancy; The firm will not only deal with Immigration, Finance, Property, imports and Exports but any legal matter a client has.

He accompanied his post with a short caption from the scriptures where he wrote;

Rumor has it that these two men also started attending the same church and since then, they have become closer than ever.

Mzee Abdul Naseeb aka Diamond Platnumz is said to have abandoned his family back in the day; leaving Sandra and her son Naseeb aka Simba rotting in poverty!

As far as the story goes, Mzee Abdul never looked back and did not want to get involved with his family until just recently when Diamond became famous.

It is no secret that the two do not have as close relationship; but as far we know is that Diamond Platnumz still recognizes his old man despite the pain he put them through.

Abdul’s advise to deadbeat dads

Speaking to SNS during a recent interview, Diamond’s urged parents to be careful of what they say in-front of their kids; adding that children end up believing everything they are told.

According to him, his son got to listen to his mum’s side of the story; which of course did not favor him.

When parents separate, make sure your kids are not on one side, that they are being fed information about you by the other party. So when these kids grow up and even become stars, things will be said about you, when you want to go back to them.

Why Mike Sonko is begging kenyans to remember in him in their prayers!

Mike Sonko has not been getting any sleep for the past few days; and word has it that this is because government agencies have been looking into his assets.

So far the Assets Recovery Agency (ARA) have been investigating how the governor spent Sh500 million between August 2017 and December 2019.

His spokesman Ben Mulwa recently confirmed that Sonko’s office in Upper Hill was recently raided by officers looking for unknown information; however since they did not have a search warrant, they were denied access!

Of course with trouble attacking him from all angles, Sonko have found himself battling a case of Insomnia as he probably fears ending up in court; or worse in jail if the stories circulating around assets are true.

On Monday morning around 3am, Sonko left some of his Facebook followers asking questions after he shared a post asking for prayers.

According to him, insomnia is real and has denied him the peace of enjoying a quiet night sleep for days now. Through his Facebook page the governor wrote;

Watu wangu, insomnia is real. Haki muendelee kuniombea mpaka Mungu Askie maombi yenu. Nami sitawawachilia

Political fights

In February 2020 Governor Mike Sonko suffered a blow after the High Court froze his 10 accounts. According to reports the accounts allegedly hold over Ksh 18 million believed to have been stolen from the county.

For this reason the court not only barred Mr Sonko from transferring; withdrawing but also using the funds deposited in six accounts at Equity Bank; three at Diamond Trust Bank and another at Co-operative Bank of Kenya.

However with 2022 around the corner, the governor has been doing the most to help the common mwanainchi; as he hopes to get re-elected in future to ‘help’ accomplish what he had started in Nairobi city!

Nancy Onyancha was among the fired journalists from K24 and having worked on TV for years; the lass got to show what she is made of and now word has it that she has a new job!

Barely a month after she was shown the door by K24, Nancy has bounced back and this time around she joins a bigger team.

As seen on her social media pages, Nancy will be joining Switch TV; however we are yet to find out her position in the media house.

Tedd Josiah has been a reflection of the perfect gentleman; or rather his daddy duties have left us seeing him as the most amazing man on earth until his ex wife opened to about their past.

Turns out that Tedd Josiah has a few skeletons in his closet and this time around it involves the kids he left behind with his ex wife Cynthia. Well, the former couple apparently has two children aged 16 and 14.

The media personality met his wife Cynthia back in the 1990’s before moving in with her in 2001. With love driving both crazy, they officiated their union in 2002; before he hell broke loose.

One of Cynthia’s close Friend opened up about the two revealing the untold;

Josiah has never officially divorced Cynthia till date. They met in the 1990s and became friends. Later, they moved in together in 2001 before wedding in 2002

In 2008, Tedd is said to have jetted off to the UK leaving his family back in Kenya. According to reports, by this time Tedd and his ex wife had been going through a lot of issues that forced him to go missing on his family.

His wife is said to have tried saving their marriage; but all her efforts kept hitting rock bottom. However speaking about his past life, Tedd opened up saying that he had been stuck in a loveless marriage; probably the best explanation for his silence and absence from children’s lives.

Comedian Kasee did his job well and after accomplishing his mission in life; the young father, friend and husband was finally laid to rest this past weekend, Saturday, 4 July.

His funeral went down at his rural home in Matuu, Machakos county at a village called, Itumunduni. Among those who attended his funeral are his former colleagues; MC Allandoz aka Brayo, the Mchungaji – Mtumishi duo and boss Churchill aka Daniel Ndambuki.

As seen on the photos below, it’s evident that Kasee’s death left his family, friends and villagers in tears and denial since he was still quite young.

Also, never has it ever been easy for a parent to bury their own child – hence the tears and grief in his home!

There are a few photos from his burial making rounds on social media; however the Churchill show management seems to prefer keeping them off their social media pages.

So far very few have emerged showing how the funeral went down in Matuu; but unlike Njenga Mswahili’s funeral, it appears Kasee’s send off was more private due to the ongoing pandemic around the world.

As seen on the photos all the guests were required to show up in masks; and indeed they did. The photos also show some social distancing for safety purposes despite having all met to mourn the loss of a loved one.

Teacher Wanjiku and Victor Ber have been making headlines for days now; after Zeddy exposed the ugly side of Churchill show leaving many shocked by the new revelations.

Apparently the couple has been working against Churchill as they aim to destroy his show in order to launch their own comedy show. This was revealed in a lengthy text where Zeddy also happened to expose more dirt on the couple.

Through her instagram page the lass shared yet another post where she wrote;

Away from that, we do understand that the two got on 5th December 2014 at a colorful wedding was held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Nairobi. The reception was later held at the Bowling Grill along Forest road, in Parklands. And being a celebrity wedding, the two made sure to invite just friends and family who joined them as they exchanged their vows.

Since then Ber and his wife have been working together; and rumor has it that they might just be the next couple running the comedy industry.

Nimrod Taabu is not just good with reading the Swahili news; but also a good cook who has left many men feeling the pressure after parading his cooking skills!

Well, just like a good husband Nimrod took his time to prepare what looks like a yummy vegetable dinner with some rice. As seen on his Twitter, Nimrod left his fans salivating with photos of the finished product proving that away from TV; he might as well start a 5 star hostel!

This is however one of the very few times Nimrod has come out to share any information about his wife on social media.

Well, having been raised by a mother (Alice Taabu) who was not only a chef but a TV host for a cooking show proves that Nimrod was raised right! This means he probably spent most of his time in the kitchen while his mum prepared food; and of course learnt one or two things about the kitchen.

For this reason Nimrod Taabu’s wife must feel like the luckiest woman in the world especially with her husband handy in the kitchen!

For those doubting his skills, Nimrod challenged his colleagues/friends Linus Kaikai, Jageyo; Rashid Abdalla among others to show what they are made of!

However looking at the photos of the meals prepared by Taabu, I can understand why the ‘boys club’ members could not accept the online challenge.

The NTV news anchor however joins the list of romantic men in Kenya; and truth is they don’t make them like they used to before! Probably the younger generation of men should try and learn a thing from Nimrod who has proven that men can also belong in the kitchen!

Maureen Waititu must have known about Corazon’s pregnancy; but her latest post shared on her instagram page somehow suggests that she may have found out about this through blogs!

Having split up with the father of her two boys about a year ago; Frankie Kiarie also known as Frankie Just Gym seem to have moved on quite fast as he is expecting another child with his new lady, Corazon.

News about the pregnancy spread like wildfire on social media; and of course being a media personality Maureen Waititu must have come across this. Unlike most women, Ms Waititu cause drama nor rant about this considering her history with Frankie; however she shared a post that suggests the news may have stung a bit!

She wrote;

Hope of reuniting with ex husband?

Considering the fact that Waititu and Frankie had a long history; she may have held onto the happy memories hoping to raise her boys with her husband someday.

However seeing that he already started another family with Corazon this comes as a game changer which left Maureen sharing a video; where she talked about God having her back whenever she has lost hope.

Well, the post may have been directed elsewhere; but judging from Ms Waititu’s timing, it’s only right to assume that the news hit her hard.

Depression

However, having battled and won war against depression; this also proves that she is a strong single mum inspiring younger women in the same situation.

Speaking about her experience with depression, Ms Waititu opened up revealing the dark monsters in her closet saying;

I would wake up, hold my baby and sit there in darkness without opening the curtains, and soon it became worse because I started entertaining suicide thoughts, every time we would fight with my husband I would feel unworthy, my self esteem was down, I would try to compare myself with other women and it was hitting hard.

She went on to add;

My real depression came when I had my second baby, the entire time I was pregnant, I would cry every single day, and it was painful crying.

But through it all, she managed to get back on her own two feet!

Ken Waudo who is the chairman of Comedian Society of Kenya has come out to reveal – the medical condition that has left Othuol’s health deteriorating.

In a press release issued by the chairman, we understand that Othuol remains under the care of his doctors as he awaits for his brain surgery.

This is after doctors discovered an abnormal brain infection that is yet to be discovered whether it could be cancerous or not. However as for how Othuol remains under the strict care of his doctors.

The first MRI scan for the hospitalised Comedian Ben Maurice Onyango popularly known as Othuol Othuol results were released and indicate he has an abnormal infection in the brain. The medics told us they could not confirm if it’s a tumor or not.

However before the surgery Othuol Othuol will have to undergo another MRI scan to determine whether he needs the operation or not.

Ken also promised that the Churchill management was fully invested in seeing the guy get back on his feet; especially now that the media is all over the Churchill shows member.

Consequently this means he will remain under hospital scrutiny for the next 6 WEEKS as well as under medication as subscribed. Within a period of two weeks from now, he’ll have to undergo another MRI scan if there’s no change

This comes shortly after Ken also shared new details concerning the burial of Kasee; who will be laid to rest on Saturday, 4 July.

MEANWHILE, postmortem was conducted on the late comedian Joseph Musyoka Kivindu; AKA *Kasee* as faciltated by one of our senior member Mc Jessy. The revelations from the exercise were not conclusive hence samples were taken to Government chemist for further analysis; before final report is handed to authorities and family. We also encourage fellow comedians and public to desist from speculations as we await the results. We are also encouraging messages of condolences, which we will deliver them to the family. Tomorrow,3rd July 2020 we will have an informal session with family at their Kawangware home.

He concluded his press release saying;

The late comedian is scheduled for final rites at his fathers home in Itumunduni; Matuu Machakos on Saturday 4th of July. There will be a short prayer session at Chiromo Mortuary that morning at 8 am; before travelling to Machakos for interment later on in the day.

Laugh Industry’s Ken Waudo has come out to share new details concerning the untimely death of comedian, Kasee. As seen on a text sent by Ken, the cause of Joseph Musyoka’s death remains unknown to them despite having carried a postmortem.

Ken Waudo went on to add that the results received were inconclusive; however the remaining samples were taken to a government chemist for further analysis. He however assured fans that the final results will be privately handed to the late Kasee’s family for closure.

MEANWHILE, postmortem was conducted on the late comedian Joseph Musyoka Kivindu AKA *Kasee* as faciltated by one of our senior member Mc Jessy.
The revelations from the exercise were not conclusive hence samples were taken to Government chemist for further analysis before final report is handed to authorities and family.

As they however wait for the final report, the Laugh Industry chairperson asked fans; and colleagues to avoid speculating on what could have caused Kasee’s death; probably to avoid the online scandals surrounding the Churchill show management.

Messages of condolences are however welcomed and will be delivered to his family on Friday, 3 July.

We also encourage fellow comedians and public to desist from speculations as we await the results. We are also encouraging messages of condolences, which we will deliver them to the family. Tomorrow,3rd July 2020 we will have an informal session with family at their Kawangware home.

Final resting place

The late Kasee will however be laid to rest On Saturday, 4 July at his rural home in Itumunduni, Matuu Machakos.

Ken went on to add;

The late comedian is scheduled for final rites at his fathers home in Itumunduni, Matuu Machakos on Saturday 4th of July. There will be a short prayer session at Chiromo Mortuary that morning at 8 am before travelling to Machakos for interment later on in the day.

Comedian Sleepy david made a bad call after choosing to engage with Zeddy after she strongly blamed Victor Ber fr the deaths of Kasee and Njenga Mswahili.

As seen on her post, it appeared that the lass only had an issue with Victor Ber and not anyone else. However with Sleepy clapping back as he defended his friend’s (teacher Wanjiku) husband; only angered Zeddy who then went on to spill more unknown details about the Churchill show.

So far Zeddy claims Sleepy has been getting favors from Ber; and unlike other comedians the guy always manages to survive when fresh talent is sent packing with no explanation.

However after blogs picked up the story; Sleepy has now been forced to issue an apology for the online rant with female. According to him, Zeddy had every right to mourn and remember their colleagues who were more than friends but family.

I made post in regards to the Victor Ber issue and I have got all manner of reactions which are all valid because is real and it’s a conversation we all need to have ASAP we are losing to many young people. I acknowledge that I may have sounded as a victim shammer which was not at all my intention; and would go apologize to everyone i have offended including my friend and colleague, Zeddy.

Sleepy David went on to add that his main reason for stepping in was to defend Victor who he says is like a brother.

Betty Bayo is no longer shy to admit that she once bleached her skin to please a man she thought would marry her.

Just like most women, Betty Bayo says she was willing to risk it all for the man she loved back in 2016. The singer opened up about this through her IG page where she narrated the untold story; of how her skin was left with patches thanks to the creams.

The Churchill drama! Sleepy David accuses Zeddy of clout chasing using Kasee’s death

After Comedian Zeddy went off calling out Victor Ber the creatives director at Churchill show for the deaths of Kasee and Njenga Mswahili; not many said much about this until Sleepy David decided to step it.

Turns out that everyone has their own version of how Victor Ber operates at the Churchill show; and according to sleepy David, this man has been doing everything in his power to make sure the comedians have it all!

The comedian who is also said to be working with the Churchill management went on to bash Zeddy for embarrassing Ber; yet she allegedly knew nothing about his relationship with Kasee before his passing.

In a lengthy post shared by Sleepy, he went on praise Teacher Wanjiku and her husband saying;

Although the everyone seems to have their own version of Victor Ber; this might also be proof that their is so much going on in the comedy industry that we still know nothing about.

Confirmed! Rapper Prezzo to run for office in 2022

Prezzo is officially venturing into politics after years of making music in the entertainment scene.

Now that he is 40 and ready to start a more serious life – Prezzo has come out to announce his plans of venturing into politics. Speaking during his latest interview, Prezzo went on to confirm that in 2022 he will be among the candidates appearing on the ballot papers.

He however did not mention which political seat he will be running for; but a while back the rapper was rumored to vie for the Kibra parliamentary seat after the untimely death of Ken Okoth last year.

Speaking about his new plans, Prezzo confirmed the rumors spreading about his political career saying;

The singer confirmed this in a new post where he shared a video of some Ugandan kids dancing to his latest hit! In the caption, Diamond Platnumz went on to reveal that his dad is actually a Ugandan who found his way to Tanzania.

Although the singer did not reveal much about this, he proudly owned being Ugandan by also mentioning about his two children with Ugandan socialite, Zari Hassan.

Comedian Zeddy is fed up of seeing her colleagues die of depression; yet no one in the Churchill show is doing anything to ensure this stops.

So far Njenga Mswahili, Ayieya poa poa and now Kasee are said to have passed on; after months of battling with depression after losing their jobs at Churchill show.

However what we didn’t know is that the director identified as Victor Ber was the reason why some of the big upcoming names never perform in the show despite showing potential of growth.

She went on to reveal how Njenga begged Victor Ber for a chance to perform; but since he held the power of deciding who would perform during the live recording.

Why KoT feels Jalang’o dry jokes will sink Kiss FM’s morning show!

Rumor making rounds on social media is that Jalang’o might be joining kiss FM to host the morning breakfast show alongside Kamene Goro!

The rumors were sparked by an interview he recently did through his YouTube channel; where he revealed about his plans of joining a radio station along Waiyaki way.

I might end up on Waiyaki way. And there are so many radio stations there is NRG, Jambo, KISS, classic…will decided!

Barely a week after this, Andrew Kibe who was working as Kiss FM morning host with Kamene was shown the door on Monday, 30 June. According to reports this decision was made after Kibe started joking with his place of work i.e showing up late and attracting bad publicity.

Confirming news about his exit from the station; Kibe went on to write;

KoT against Jalang’o

Well now that Jalang’o already mentioned about joining a radio station along Waiyaki way; many Kenyans on Twitter are convinced that he is headed for Kiss FM.
