Harmonize denies ditching Diamond Platnumz- Wasafi is my family, bila Wasafi hakungekuwa na Harmonize

Singer Harmonize has denied that he has left WCB family as rumours have been claiming throughout this week.

Harmonize, who missed the first edition of Wasafi Festival told reports that he is very much part of Wasafi family and people should ignore the rumours.

Reporters at a briefing wanted to know why Harmonize used a bus branded “Konde Gang” to transport his team members (Konde gang), yet WCB Wasafi had other buses doing the same job.

Sio kutafuta misuguano sisi ni familia, it doesn’t make sense.” he said.

Family

Explaining further, Harmonize said that WCB is his home and he can’t go anywhere else.

“Wasafi is my family, bila Wasafi hakungekuwa na Harmonize, so ukijaribu kutengeneza vitu vya kusuguana haisaidi chochote. Harmonize amezaliwa Wasafi na Diamond ni kama Kaka yangu lakini tena kwenye muziki ni kama baba yangu. Without Diamond hamna Harmonize. So tujaribu kutafuta vitu vya kimsingi vya kuuliza ambavyo vitakuza Sanaa yetu, sio kuangalia vitu vidogo vidogo ambavyo havina hata msingi na kuvipromote that not good bro,” said Harmonize.

Alitoka? Harmonize not included in upcoming Wasafi Festival

Harmonize will not be apart of the Wasafi 2019 Festival performance.

Wasafi has officially made the announcement about the festival but has not yet explained why Harmonize is not part of it. This has left many believing the singer has ditched the label.

The annual festival usually features all artists signed to the record label; among them Rayvanny, Mbosso, LavaLava, Queen Darleen as well as Harmonize and Diamond.

This year, however, only Ruby, Country Boy, Young Killer, and Dulla Makabila and now the Wasafi artists will perform.

Wasafi Festival 2019 is scheduled to start on July 19, 2019 at the Zimbihile Stadium and is expected to proceed to other venues afterwards.

Ben Pol: Harmonize, Khaligraph Jones are trying to sleep with my wife Anerlisa

Apparently, there’s no bro code in this music industry anymore. At least according to singer, turned lover boy Ben Pol.

The lass, who has been dating billionaire kid Anerlisa Muigai, shocked many after claiming that several artists have been trying to have sex with his fiancee despite clearly knowing that she’s engaged.

Speaking in an interview with Zamaradi Mketema Pol said that he was shocked to see singer Harmonize, who has a fiancee, rapper Khaligraph Jones, who also has a baby on the way with lover, send his woman several text messages on WhatsApp trying to get into her pants.

Billboard

He added that he’s not worried however about that because Anerlisa is all his.

”There are a number of artistes actually, I see them. Shettah, Harmonize and Khaligraph. I see their messages on her phone. I usually see she blue ticked them. But I don’t have issues with it because again, Anerlisa is so hot.” said the singer.

Ben Pol went on to add that he’s planning to put the messages on a billboard to embarrass all those who have been doing it.

Diamond denies he’s losing popularity to Harmonize: People try to put me against my own artists

Singer Harmonize denied it. His team also denied, and now his boss, Diamond Platnumz has also come out to deny it.

Several sources have claimed that Diamond is losing his popularity to Harmonize but the two have completely shut down insisting that Diamond is still the king.

Still the king

The Wasafi Records Boss recently spoke to Bongo 5 where he played down the whole rivalry with his mentee, saying it is not the first time he has been compared to his own artists.

“We as Wasafi are already very big. Especially me individually that is why people are trying to compare me with other artists. For a long time every upcoming artist has been likened to Diamond. Since they can’t beat me they have started putting me up against my own artists,” he claimed.

Harmonize being accused of cheating on her mzungu fiance with this hot Kenyan mami

Singer Harminize has been in the headlines lately because of various reasons –all bad. First, it was all about him being arrogant. Then it shifted to police “arresting” him after he was allegedly pictured smoking weed.

Now the singer is back in the headlines for allegedly cheating on his fiance Sarah. Sarah took to social media to threaten one beautiful Kenyan lady –who is Maasai according to our knowledge so far, saying that she’ll look for her and give her a thorough beating.

‘Hey B*****, I know you are there in the room with my man. I will take the first flight to come to kill you. Just wait I will show you something very soon,” Sarah’s texts to the lady read.

Not the first time

This is not the first time she is having issues with the singer and other women over claims she was cheating on her. Harmonize has been in a lot of conversations regarding him unzipping for other women.

Government officials now want Harmonize arrested after allegedly posting photos smoking weed(photos)

Wasafi Records signee Harmonize is in trouble with authorities yet again after sharing photos which indicate he might have smoked bhang during a studio session.

Dar Es Salaam Provincial Commissioner Paul Makonda, known to many Tanzanians as Baba Keagan, said that the singer will be investigated for the photos he shared while in Ghana making new music.

Harmonize was in Ghana alongside singer Burna Boy and it seems they currently working on a new song.

“I have already spoken to my governor friend in Ghana and have asked him to order his police to investigate and find out if Harmonize smokes bhang or cigarette. If they find out it is is bhang he was smoking, then he will be arrested once he lands here,” Makonda said.

Regulations

Tanzanian government has been working hard to ensure celebs keep a decent image on their platforms. Through different authorities, celebs have been monitored and punished whenever they break the rules on social media and other platforms.

“The way you present yourself is the same way government will see you. You cannot be an artiste who represents Tanzania to the world and still misbehave,” he added.

Singer Harmonize forced to explain why he called Kenyans peasants

As Kenyans continue to support Tanzanian artists and ignoring their own, it seems Tanzanian artists have a different views of their fans in Kenya.

Singer Harmonize, one of the most supported artists from Tanzania, was recently forced to explain his words after he ended up calling Kenyans peasants.

A quick history of Kenyans and the word peasants; Nigerian singer Burna Boy referred to Kenyans as the same a thing that angered many who demanded an apology.

He never apologized and Kenyans vowed not to attended his performance. But, that didn’t happen. Kenyans flocked his shows like nothing had happened.

Misunderstanding

Harmonize on the other hand, gave a rather eyebrow-raising explanation on why he called Kenyans peasants. He claimed it was a misunderstanding though in Tanzania, the word is usually used.

“You know Kenyan and Tanzanian Swahili is different. When I said Kenyans were peasants I did not mean it like that. You know in Tanzania we consider ourselves part of our fans so when I tell you that you are my fellow peasant I think you can be able to understand but Kenyan language is different. There are some phrases which might be interpreted differently,” said Harmonize

Jaguar blasts Harmonize for not performing in Eldoret despite being giving a huge down payment

Singer Jaguar has come out to defend the common Mwanainchi who attended Harmonize’s show in Eldoret during the weekend that later ended in chaos after the singer failed to perform.

Over 5000 Kenyans attended the event hoping to see the Tanzanian singer but Harmonize didn’t go on stage after the CEO of Shado Event Initiative who had organised the event failed to pay him in full.

Jaguar said that the singer should have performed and sorted out the case later because fans had sacrificed a lot to see him.

Speaking to Mzazi Willy M Tuva on Mseto, the singer explained why Harmonize angered him.

“Ni tukio la kuhuzunisha lakini mimi NAMSHTUMU sana Harmonize….wakenya wamemsupport sana, wamesupport wasanii wa nje sana. Wengine wanatumia pesa zao kupiga simu, kurequest nyimbo zao. Mimi mwenyewe siwezi nikakosa kupanda stage sababu ya balance ambayo promoter amebakisha na ni kitu nilikuwa nafanya. Kwanza nadeal na mafans wangu,” he said.

Different

Jaguar went on to explain how he would have handled the situation.

“Kama Mimi ningekuwa Harmonize Saturday ningeenda kwa stage niambie watu samahani nimechelewa lakini kwa sababu mumenifikisha mahali nimefika saa hii mimi nitaperform lakini promoter hajanilipa…vitu zingine nitadeal nazo baadaye sababu bila nyinyi nisingekuwa Harmonize pale niko. Unapata kuna fans wametoka mbali hadi Eldoret kwa sababu yake. Sometimes unafaa kuanglia mafans Kwanza.”

Promoter who messed Harmonize in Eldoret and left him with hotel bills amounting to thousands arrested

Police have confirmed that they have arrested the CEO of Shado Event Initiative which was behind Hamonize’s failed tour in Eldoret during the weekend.

The CEO, Douglas Obobe Maini, has been arrested by police who are investigating why he didn’t pay the singer who in turn failed to perform in the packed event.

Eldoret South Police boss Wilson Abduba, while confirming the incident, said that his officers managed to quell the agitated crowd that had started to destroy property at the venue.

“We had ‘Chaget festival‘ on Saturday which was to run from 6pm-6am and things were smooth until 2am when more than 5, 000 fans attending the event started demanding for Harmonize to perform. Reports we have indicated that there was disagreement on payment,” said Eldoret South Police boss Wilson Abduba.

Apology

Harmonize

Harmonize took to social media to apologize to his fans for not performing explaining what led to his actions.

“We have arrested the organizer and owner of Shado Events Douglas Obobe Maina who is assisting us in carrying out the investigations. My officers dispelled the angry crowds who destroyed tents, plastic chairs and later on, blocked the Eldoret-Kapsabet road as they burnt tyres,” he added.

Photos+Video: Kabogo parties hard with Harmonize along Kiambu Road

Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo has joined a long list of other politicians who are be-friending Tanzanian artists. In the past, we have seen Hassan Joho, Sonko and even Raila enjoying the company of artists from the country.

Photos and video of Kabogo and singer Harmonize in a club have now emerged. It also seems Kabogo was in the company of an identified light-skinned woman.

In the photos that have Kabogo clad in a red t-shirt, a matching cap and blue jeans, while his companion was donning a short black and white checkered dress with a blue coat, Kabogo is seen to enjoying the night at a popular club, probably in the VIP section, judging by the small crowd present there.

Meet and Greet

Harmonize was in whiskey River Lounge, a popular club along Kiambu Road launched recently. He had made an appearance for a meet and greet where he met Kabogo and other celebrities before he goes for a performance in Nakuru.

TID calls out Harmonize for ‘copying’ Nigerians

Singer TID has called out fellow Tanzanian singer Harmonize for allegedly neglecting Bongo music and copying Nigerians.

In an interview with DLucas TV, the veteran singer who is among the first to shape Bongo music, shared that Harmonize has been recording his music with international artists, especially Nigerians, in mind rather than focusing at home.

Harmonize

“Unamcheza Mnigeria lisali limoja it means lazima umlipe. Unamlipa mtu wa nje unashindwa kumsaidia mtu wako Uzalendo umekosekana. Come on man hizi sounds za kinigeria nlikuwa sizijui. 2010 zilikuwa hazipo hizi. We were the best African sound, sisi na Wakenya. Ulikuwa unaskia sound ya Bongo flavor na Kenya uko South Africa na wapi tunatamba sisi.” said TID in the interview.

Stick to your roots

He went on to criticize Harmonize specifically for borrowing from Nigerian artists and dropping Bongo feel. His attack comes after Harmonize’s hit song “Kwangwaru” which has topped charts in East Africa.

“Imagine sasa hivi namskia Harmonize anacopy My love oh my love oh, where the hell are you going men?, what the hell are you doing? Are you trying to be Nigerian or what? Stick to your roots man. Get out of here”, he added.

WCB producer reveals how Harmonize and Diamond got into an ugly fight when making Kwangwaru

If cooler heads never prevailed, Diamond Platnumz verse on “Kwangwaru” then would have been unheard off, at least according to WCB Producer Lizer Classic aka Magic fingers.

The producer has come out to share that Harmonize and his boss Diamond were in an ugly misunderstanding during the recording of the song that left Diamond so angry that he ordered his vocals to be cut from the song.

Disobeyed his boss

Lizer Classic said he decided to take things into his own hand and opted not to delete the song.

“Kuna kipindi kumewahi kutokea mikwaruzani kati ya Harmonize na Diamond Platnumz,” said Lizer Classic.

“Nakumbuka kuna siku Diamond alikuja Studio akaniambia kuwa nifute vocal zake zote katika wimbo wa Kwangwaru nibakishe tu vocal za Harmonize. Nikaona nisije nikapoteza kibaru changu, nikajua tu hawa wamegomba. Ivo nilimwambia tu mafuta lakini sikufuta.”

Davido was supposed to be on the song but he couldn’t make it in time. The two then agreed that Diamond can take his part. Kwangwaru has made history after becoming the first East African Song to hit 10 million views on YouTube in less than a month.

So far many claim that he is a snobbish and proud artist whose career is only relevant thanks to Diamond Platnumz. Unlike most celebrities at Wasafi records, Harmonize seems to have personalized his bosses beef with Kiba into his own.
