Jalang’o baby mama says she’s still friends with him despite ugly break up

Cheptoek Boyo, Jalang’o’s baby mama, has revealed that she talks to him and that they are in good terms despite breaking up a few years ago.

Boyo and Jalang’o dated around 2015 while she worked at media max and were blessed with a daughter. Boyo said then to Pulse Live that she allegedly dumped him after finding out that Jalang’o was cheating.

Kids first

Boyo left People Daily’s Spice Magazine and now is at Standard Group.

In an QandA session on instagram, she talked about their relationship and co-parenting.

A fan asked: “wewe na jalas mnaendeleaje siku hizi?”

She responded saying,

Vizuri [we are good], best friends.

Regrading co parenting, she said it has been fine so far and they are putting the child first,

“About co-parenting when you put the child first and issues aside it’s easy. I’m enjoying it.” she said.

Vitisho tu! They said i’ll die after building my mum a house. I’m still waiting- Jalang’o

Radio host Jalong’o has revealed that building a house for his mum was surrounded by a lot of controversy.

Speaking on radio, Jalang’o told fellow host Alex Mwakideu that after his father passed away, he decided to build his mother a house but was told it was against Luo traditions.

Traditions

Many people told him that he’ll die in the process but Jalango brushed them off and decided to secure a better future for his mum. Jalang’o explained that according to the Luo, it was taboo for him to build her house and flouting it meant courting death.

The comedian said that he went on and bought land and built his mother a house, but he is still waiting to die.

Here’s what he said:

Mpaka sahii niko na wewe hapa,” he narrated.

Staged? Jalang’o begs head of radio Mwakideu to fire presenter Doreen Nassi after ugly fight with other presenters(video)

Milele FM breakfast show co-host and comedian, Jalang’o has asked his co-host and head of radio at the station to fire fellow presenter Doreen Nassi who was caught on camera in an ugly fight Kaka Zema.

Doreen Nassi, popularly known as Dee and Zema were in a heated argument during a show and according to Jalang’o, it’s because Dee is a very tough person to work with.

He asked Mwakidue to fire her saying that she has a big ego.

“Boss @alex_mwakideu I have always said you can’t work with an independent woman! @presenter001 Is a woman who has money and always think that no man can talk to her! Let her go boss! Pls…this woman cannot be controlled! We almost fought while you were away! She is the best swahili woman presenter but her ego! Sawa tu! Pole @kaka_zema.” said Jalang’o.

Stage managed

According to different credible sources, the two presenters were suspended today morning after the video. Mwakideu took to social media to say that fights at work place are a normal thing and that people should stop overreacting to the video.

Some Kenyans, however, believe the video was just staged managed for attention a reason why Jalango and Mwakidue shared it on their social media and even tagged journalists.

“Okay guys, I’ve woken up to many missed calls from my blogger buddies @ghaflakenya @mpashogram@tuko.co.ke @sdekenya etc .
I honestly left jobo mapema sana Jana and I DONT KNOW what happened here!!! I will be back on Monday and I will find out and give you all feedback ?????? In the meantime All I know watu hukosana!!! Its life… .Let’s just wait for Monday… .#UkipendaPendaMilele @milelefm.”

”I came to Nairobi as a househelp. One of my uncles invited me to Nairobi, after arriving he showed me how use cookers and other household chores. After two weeks, he chased everyone from the house and I was the one left to do all the chores in the house,” Jalang’o revealed.

Passion

Jalang’o: Gospel artists should know I won’t apologize

Gospel singer Size 8 came out to defend the gospel battalion recently after radio presenter Jalang’o trashed their songs insisting they lack content.

“Content hakuna hata kidogo,” said Jalas in a clip that trolled the singers. Size 8 took it to heart and fired back claiming that true worshipers understand the messages in the songs.

“Jalang’o should not judge people with a few songs because ours is the biggest music industry, and I believe every song has a message. Everyone sings differently, thus it would be wrong to judge them with their content.” she said.

Move on

Size 8 and DJ Mo

It seems Jalang’o doesn’t care much about what she said and is convinced that the gospel industry needs thorough auditing. He also wanted her to know that no apology will be coming her way any time soon.

Speaking to his co-host Jeff Koinange, Jalang’o said: “I’m under fire, they are up in arms.”

“Are they asking for your apology?” Jeff asked to which Jalas replied with “Apology? Me?” before laughing hysterically indicating that he will not apologise.

Jalas then went on to add “Size 8 has come out saying I shouldn’t judge people, I should fast, and I don’t know do what. She talked and talked. And you know Size 8 is a very good friend of mine, very good friend. I don’t know why she herself would come out strongly to condemn me.”

Judging from most of the comments it’s clear to see that the comedian has managed to create a fan base that fully supports him. There is no doubt that he is actually one of the most successful comedian cum MC in the country.

Support Kenyan artists first!

However not many were impressed by this. They claim that this was another strategy used by Diamond Platnumz to enough his music gets sufficient air play in Kenya.

This apprently blocks upcoming Kenyan artists to get anywhere since the radio presenters want to continue supporting where they get more cash from.

Well, lets just say it is business as usual in the entertainment industry!
