Vitisho tu! They said i’ll die after building my mum a house. I’m still waiting- Jalang’o

Radio host Jalong’o has revealed that building a house for his mum was surrounded by a lot of controversy.

Speaking on radio, Jalang’o told fellow host Alex Mwakideu that after his father passed away, he decided to build his mother a house but was told it was against Luo traditions.

Traditions

Many people told him that he’ll die in the process but Jalango brushed them off and decided to secure a better future for his mum. Jalang’o explained that according to the Luo, it was taboo for him to build her house and flouting it meant courting death.

The comedian said that he went on and bought land and built his mother a house, but he is still waiting to die.

Here’s what he said:

Mpaka sahii niko na wewe hapa,” he narrated.

Remember you’re repping a whole country hapo! Reaction as Jalang’o introduces his new Asian ‘friend’ Coco

Comedian Jalang’o was recently on Instagram to show off his new friend and Kenyans were more than a little bit judgey.

Jalas, who only introduces Otoyo-like friends on his social media platform, surprised Kenyans by posting a super cute Chinese lady who goes by the name Coco.

Coco is one hot woman and we all know Jalas is very much single. So when he posted her, Kenyans had a lot to say about the two given that the last foreigner posted on Jalang’o page was former US president Barrack Obama.

Obama, if you look at it keenly, is not even a foreigner So Jalas hasn’t been post a lot of then on his platform.

Jalang’o’s reaction after DJ Pierra Makena was exposed for using a dead mixer to spin for Uhuru Kenyatta

Kenyans believe popular DJ Pierra Makena is a straight actor and duped Kenyans during Jamhuri Day celebrations that she was playing a set.

The K24 DJ shared a video on social media spinning the turn tables in a manner suggesting that playing the song but Kenyans noted all the faders were done and there could be no way she was playing the music.

In an explanation, the DJ defended herself saying:

“If anything, I am the one who posted the video on my Instagram page. I am not stupid to upload that video when I know I was duping people; I wouldn’t post it if that was the case. Anyway, I owe no one an explanation because none of those people who are trolling me online pay my rent or feed me and my family. Let them continue making noise online while I am depositing money to the bank and paying my bills. In short, what I am telling them is: let us all work hard,” said Makena to Edaily.

Stop it

She later gave another explanation insisting that the turntable was really connected and people should stop tarnishing her name.

Comedian Jalango also came to her rescue and wondered why she was still busy explaining to people about the clip.

“I don’t know why you always waste your time explaining yourself! Ok now that you’ve explained will your explanation pay your bills? Nkt!” wrote Jalang’o.

Did Size 8 and DJ Mo finally listened to Jalang’o? Size 8’s new song might make you think so

Singer Size 8 and comedian Jalang’o recently locked horns as each tried to prove how a “proper” gospel song should sound. While Jalang’o was very much against the new funny funny titled songs we are are seeing of late, “Mateke” singer Size 8 believed the songs were just fine and Jalang’o was just hating.

Worship

Judging from her new music, maybe she finally agreed with Jalas and decided to record a song that doesn’t fall in the Jigi Jigi and KDF categories that many have been bashing lately.

The singer has released a worship song called “Arise” which fans are totally loving. The song has been produced by DJ Mo and video done by TrueD Pictures.
