Kenyan YouTuber Kabi Wa Jesus recently shared insigh on how he was able to overcome drug addiction. In an interview with Oga Obinna, he revealed a difficult past marked by substance abuse and gang involvement.

Kabi’s journey began in fifth grade. Influenced by friends and a challenging environment, he started smoking bhang (cannabis). This seemingly innocent choice became a gateway. Pressured by his peers, he faced a disturbing initiation ritual – circumcision – to join a local gang. Thankfully, he believes divine intervention prevented him from going through with it.

Kabi emphasized the dangers of drug use, even seemingly harmless substances. He argued that even weed can lead young people down a dark path. He urged adults to be aware of the influence they have on impressionable youth.

His path took a turn when diagnosed with tuberculosis. Quitting smoking, including weed, became a medical necessity. However, initial sobriety gave way to relapse.

A turning point arrived on September 15, 2013. Finding faith in Christianity offered him a path to redemption. Remarkably, his addiction disappeared upon accepting Jesus. He actively addressed his past, leaving it behind.

Kabi’s story is one of hope. It exposes the destructive power of addiction while highlighting the transformative power of faith and self-improvement.

This weekend, Kabi revealed in an interview with Amina Rabar on NTV that he had been receiving blessings.

Milly Wa Jesus’ Mother Speaks Out Against Online Trolls

The mother of popular content creator Milly Wa Jesus has spoken out against the online trolls who have been attacking her.

In a video uploaded to The WaJesus YouTube channel, Milly’s mother, who has not been publicly identified, expressed her frustration and announced her intention to take legal action against the trolls.

She said that she has been subjected to a barrage of abuse and harassment, including death threats, simply because she is Kabi Wa Jesus’ mother.

Milly’s mother explained that in Kikuyu culture, she is considered an in-law to Kabi’s family, and not directly him. She emphasized that she is Kabi’s mother, and he is her son.

She urged those who may not be familiar with Kikuyu customs to seek accurate information before making assumptions.

“By the way, Othoni ni mimi na familia ya Kabi pale parents, and the extended family. Kabi is my son. and i am his mother. Kwa hivyo, hiyo sasa ni yenu. Kwa wale hawajui kikuyu waende waulizie vizuri. But for me, i know what am doing is good. I love my children and i am so happy,” she said.

She also said that she is incredibly happy with her family and that the negative comments and attempts to keep her away from Milly and Kabi will not deter her from being present in their lives.

Milly’s mother’s video has been met with widespread support from her fans. Many people have expressed their outrage at the abuse she has been subjected to, and have called for the trolls to be held accountable.

Kabi wa Jesus earned the ire of Kenyans when he refused to honour his mother on Mother’s Day instead preferring to honour his wife and mother-in-law and this was something Kenyans found to be very strange and very disrespectful so they call him out.

He has now rectified that oversight by hosting his mother on his Instagram live session where he not only introduced her to his fans but also celebrated her.

One has to wonder why why it took the combined effort of his fans and haters calling him out for him to acknowledge the woman that birthed him and raise him.

Kabi Wa Jesus gave his wife a “fake” gift

Kabi wa Jesus gave his wife an awesome gift to celebrate the fact he loved but mainly because of the children she has sired for him.

And the internets celebrated the love they shared but also the fact that it put pressure on men to give their partners “push gifts”.

And this isn’t the first time they’ve participated in this type of attention-grabbing activity. Previously, the gift was an Audi Q7 so as you can see, Kabi wa Jesus and his wife have established something of a pattern here.

But just as was the case previously, all this has been proven to have been a ruse. It was a marketing campaign done by one of those used car yards along Kiambu Road.

The Internet is pissed off at the Wa Jesus family but if you take away your feefees (emotions) from the equation, you’ll realise its actually superb marketing! Kabi wa Jesus and his wife Millie inadvertently struck a gold mine.

Traditional sponsored content doesn’t get this type of interactions. Once people realise you’re selling them something, they switch off. But when it seems to be just another one of your normal organic (marketers call it native) content, the audience eats it up.

Kabi wa Jesus has realised Kenyans want that aspirational content. He is a literal marketing genius! And the evidence is in the pudding. My oh my his clients are often happy with his pudding. Yesterday alone, his fake gift had 12,000 real time viewers. Not even the establish media houses can top that!

Kabi wa Jesus doesnt really have the best CV out here but like they say…man is human and man is to error – so yea we cant blame him for the mistakes he made back when – he had not found himself in the church ministry.

With that said, we all know Kabi Wa Jesus is a proud man to have bagged himself Milly Wa Jesus, a woman he considers his best friend and the mother of their two kids. From what we know is that these two had a humble beginning and just like Njugush and his wife, Celestine Ndinda….the Wajesus family stuck together until they finally made it.

Years later the couple is not only running several successful businesses and catching flights every now and then….living their best lives after suffering together and not giving up.

However in relationships, there is always that one person who loves harder than the other one and looking at the Wajesus family….I guess Kabi seems like the romantic type and this can be seen by how attached he is towards his wife.

Social media influencer Kabi Wa Jesus is not ashamed about his past. Infact, he is grateful for the experience since he knows God was preparing him for greater things in life. And yea, today – he is using his story to inspire and spread the word of God through his ministry.

Just a few weeks ago during a Kesha event at Reign City Chapel Kabi wa Jesus found himself confessing to things he never spoke of, ever in his life. As you already know – he confessed to having slept with more than one cousin, a confession that caught many by surprise.

However speaking to Dr Ofweneke during an interview on TV 47, Kabi was Jesus revealed that the confession was a request from God asking him to speak freely about what happened to him in the past. Although at the time he was praying for couples who were attending the Kesha – Kabi said;

God told me to speak openly about some things and these are things that people are shy to talk about. I was molested as a child and family members told me not to talk about it. There’s also that other story of being intimate with my cousins.

Adding;

Getting the courage to speak about what happened to me was not easy and I feel so bad that some people criticized me after my testimony because they wanted me to keep quiet because it’s the agenda of the enemy,

Kabi wa Jesus confession about how his relatives molested him is not only heartbreaking; but a lesson to new age parents on the importance of understanding who you leave your child with; and why communication is important with kids…no matter how young they are.

Imagine him getting molested at the age of 4 and not knowing how to explain himself or just the fear or what his parents would have done to him. Anyway with the silence – he slowly grew into it and now blames his relations with his female cousins on the child abuse.

However what Netizens are mainly concerned about is the fact that he came out confessing that his cousin baby mama isn’t the only female relative he had slept with. According to Kabi wa Jesus who shared the information while speaking to a church congregation; he had been with a couple and from how he put it – seems like he wasn’t remorseful at all.

Why deny daughter?

Actually with the new information many could not understand why he then denied having a daughter with his cousin; I mean, he went to publicly post a video denying sleeping with his own cousin – an excuse which would explain why he is not responsible for the alleged daughter.

So – what is he really saying? Or rather what should her believe, was he molested or not….did he sleep with many of his cousins or was it a strategy to justify that no sin is greater than the other? Actually – what was the testimony about is what many Kenyans on social media continue to ask.

Well, blow are just a few comments from netizens who feel Kabi should have maintained his silence; or should have found a more strategic way to deal with the scandal.

Milly Wa Jesus is so excited to have a baby girl on the way and so is daddy, Kabi wa Jesus who had earlier been rooting for a baby boy. The excited couple announced the news through their YouTube channel – in a well documented video from their gender reveal party.

Judging from the video, we understand this was ceremony only saw close friends and family attend; and unlike other gender reveal parties – the couple had their guests shop from their baby shop – instead of coming with gifts from other stores….and mmh impressive.

Well, judging also from the deco we can tell that they didn’t come to play; and indeed they gave their guests something to talk about if not live remember.

On the same video, the couple shares a clip from a checkup session with Milly gynecologist and as they converse – Kabi makes it known that he really wants a boy; now that he has two girls in his life, Milly and daughter Abby.

He however goes on to add that having another girl in the family wouldn’t be so bad considering that he wasn’t around Abby when she was a toddler. He said;

We finally got to see Kabi’s daughter thanks to a new photo shared by the Wa Jesus family introducing their baby girl to the world. This however comes months after Kabi publicly denied his own blood; only for a DNA test to prove that he is Abby’s biological dad.

Singe then all we know is that there have been ups and downs between the Wa Jesus family and mama Abby who doubles up as mama Abby.

From what the single mum says is that the Wa Jesus have been meeting her half way as it should be; but I’m guessing having raised the girl on her own for 7 years – she hopes to get some compensation.

Anyway just a few hours after Kabi posted baby Abby’s face on social media; mama Abby on the other hand decided to call out her baby daddy and wife for using their daughter to get online attention.

Speaking to blogger Edgar Obare, mama Abby opened up revealing why dealing with baby daddy is turning out to be harder than she thought. she wrote;

Hi Edgar… I am also shocked to see he posted Abby without my consent.

She went on to accuse Kabi for using their daughter to generate hits for his social media accounts;

So far he is doing what he wants and what is good for him not considering Abby’s feelings in anyway or what she has been through.


It’s definitely not going to be an easy one for these two exes to coparent; but clearly both of them are using this parenting thing to battle out old grudges.

Kabi wa Jesus recently gave fans a reason to talk after sharing videos shopping for his daughter, Abby. Seeing how happy and excited he looked while buying his girl new school items confirmed that Kabi was now ready to coparent, but turns out that this was just for the cameras.

According to his baby mama, Dorcas Njoroge who doubles up as his cousin – she accuses Kabi wa Jesus and his wife Milly of using her daughter’s name for fame and hype.

As seen on screenshot conversations shared by blogger Edgar Obare, mama Abby is seen complaining about the coparenting arrangement between her and Kabi was Jesus. From what she says is that Kabi has been frustrating her behind the scenes, yet he pretends to be the dad of the year on social media. She wrote;

I am writing this post in regards to how Kabi and Milly are busy showing off but frustrating the situation with Abby behind scenes.

Being the one who lives with 7 year old Abby, Kabi’s baby mama says she requested them to keep the girls name off social media; but as seen on recent posts, turns out that they’ve been clout chasing with her name – something that upsets her.

Talking to Edgar, Mama Abby went on to say;

They’ve crossed the line the moment they started to post knowing very well they’re doing the opposite of what they’re showing. I had made it clear they should not at any point drag her to social media.

Adding;

They are trying to use my daughter’s name to clean up their mess and to redeem themselves on internet to the detriment of Abby.

Well judging from the back and forth these two parties have been having about their daughter; one thing is for sure and that is – coparenting isn’t just working for them.

So after DNA came out 99% that Kabi wa Jesus is Abby’s father, looks like the social media influencer finally wants to do right by his daughter. This  is judging from his latest posts where Kabi is seen shopping for his baby girl, a move that has excited many.

Well if y’all remember a few weeks back, Kabi wa Jesus was accused of neglecting his daughter Abby, a child he actually denied in public; probably to cover his past – the truth finally came out thanks to the DNA he requested from his cousin who doubles up as the baby mama.

Of course this being a family drama, many people got so interested and continue to follow up just to make sure Kabi isn’t neglecting his daughter like before. Well, allow us to say that the man of God looks like he already made peace with his past and his baby mama as they are currently co parenting.

Okay is it just me or Kabi Wa Jesus ego is just on another level?

Well, even after he publicly denied the daughter he had with his cousin, Ciku; word has it that the man of God is now threatening to take full custody of this same daughter, Abby.

This was revealed by Kabi’s cousin who lives in the states; and of course the same one that outed this story – through blogger Edgar Obare. According to this cousin, Kabi Wa Jesus is using his powerful lawyers to threaten Ciku ( the cousin baby mama); since they know a couple of powerful people here and there.

With the likes of Kabi’s showing their massive support to Kabi and Milly wa Jesus; fans can understand why the deadbeat dad remains confident about this child custody issue.

It is not however our place to judge or support Kabi’s family or the baby mama; but come on! Clearly the Wa Jesus family is not practicing what they preach through their religion; and for some reason – this ministry is clearly a money making business.

And the problem is that Abby is ruining it for them…shame.

Kabi Wa Jesus refuses to undergo DNA test to prove if he fathered cousin’s 7 year old daughter

Kabi Wa Jesus is said to have fathered his cousin’s 7 year old daughter; but now that the public knows what he allegedly did in the past – the man of God has refused to undergo a DNA test.

According to sources close to blogger Edgar Obare – The Wa Jesus family man claims that he cannot afford a paternity test; when it only costs Ksh 20,000 – which of course Kabi can raise even with the help of friends.

However, refusing to undergo the paternity test only proves that he could be hiding something; but after Edgar mentioned that Kabi’s son looks like Abby- then it’s only fair to conclude that the allegations are true.

From what we have learnt is that the DNA test was to determine whether Kabi; should pay for child support or not.

Kabi Wa Jesus has been having a tough time thanks to his cousin _dzendere who exposed for fathering a child with one of their cousins.

According to the _dzendere, Kabi wa Jesus aka Dihiro is not as holy as he tries to potray himself on social media. In fact, he may be in gospel business for selfish reasons; but away from that – dzendere was hoping he would use that money to help his 7 year old daughter.

Yes, Kabi has a daughter with a cousin he was involved with 7 years ago. But since he has always portrayed the holier than thou image; there was no way he could admit to having a child out of wed lock. In short, he chose the deadbeat way.

With the story already out, Milly Wa Jesus continues to stand with her husband; knowing very well that he has been neglecting his daughter.

According to her, women should be smart enough to read through deadbeats – instead of defending them for neglecting their kids. Although it’s obvious to see the post was aimed at Milly Wa Jesus; dzendere did not hold back from writing;

Ladies if you are going to date a guy who has kids from previous relationships pls don’t be a she goat and witness that man being a deadbeat thinking fully committed to you. You are part of the problem.. and if you push him to take care of his child/children he refuses. You should question  whether he is the right man for you. This is how generational curses come about. Kabi Wajesus has not been at peace thanks to his cousin who recently revealed that the man of God fathered a daughter ‘Abby’ with another cousin (Shiro.)

According to the cousin who outed the story; Kabi has been neglecting the young girl for years and since she turns 7 years soon – then it was time for the society to learn the truth about the ‘Wajesus family.’

As shocking as the story sounds there seems to be some truth to the allegations made; but the good thing is despite refuting the story through their YouTube page – the truth finally came out leaving Kabi and wife looking like clowns. Sorry to say.

Court date issued

However thanks to the children’s court which has issued a hearing date; the truth about Abby’s paternity will finally be revealed by the court who have demanded for a DNA test.

Although anything is possible with money in Kenya; we cannot really tell how things will go.  But thanks dzendere (US cousin) Mama Abby (her cousin Shiko) has been granted a hearing that may bring justice.

So far we all know what happened with Kabi Wa Jesus! After years of neglecting his daughter, one of his cousins went through Edgar Obare who later shared the tea with his followers.

According to the lady Kabi has a baby girl who will soon be turning 7 years; but the sad part is that he has been neglecting her due leaving his baby mama to suffer alone.

However according to Kabi, the alleged baby girl said to be his daughter is actually his cousins daughter and not his. He revealed this through a detailed YouTube post where he assured fans about his ‘niece’ but little did he know that his own words would crucify him.

Well, I don’t know what to call a romantic relationship between two cousins; but according to Kabi’s cousin living in the states – she claims that Kabi Wa Jesus fathered his cousin’s (Shiku) daughter!

The young girl who spoke her truth through Obare’s IG live session made it known that the two cousins had a child together; but their families continue to hide the ‘shame’ to avoid embarrassment their families.

Well, not sure why Kabi would deny his own daughter; but thanks to his actions, now fans have started questioning his holier than thou personality.

Kabi wa Jesus is currently the hot topic on the internet thanks to his exes cousin who recently revealed that he has a 7 year old.

According to the lady, Kabi impregnated her cousin back in 2013 and was blessed with a baby girl who they both named Abigail but is also popularly known as Abby.

Well, turns out that this story is true and Kabi was even aware of his child. Before editing his IG bio, the guy had mentioned that he is has 2 kids through the emojis but after Obare’s exposè, he changed to one.

Anyway, what’s done is done and the truth is finally out. However what many still don’t know is the lady said to have been; his side chick while still dating his current wife, Milly.

But thanks to the unnamed cousin, we managed to get a photo of Kabi’s baby mama. Judging from the photo shared, it’s evident to see the lady was happy around the man she thought would make a responsible dad; but it’s life – but the best part is that her daughter can now get some support.

Below is the photo of Kabi in the company of his baby mama and their adorable daughter; who Edgar says looks like an exact copy of baby Taji.
