Maseno University student claim she’s behind Kambua’s pregnancy

A university student from Maseno university has revealed that she has been praying day and night for gospel singer Kambu to have a baby.

Kambua, after seven years of marriage, is finally pregnant and Kenyans couldn’t hold their tears when she took to social media to post the announcement last week.

According to Sarah Atieno Julu, she has been praying hard for Kambua. According to a tweet in May 14, 2018, and she declared she was going to set a Novena prayer to St Jude and pray for Kambua to carry a baby of her own.

”Am going to set a Novena prayer to St Jude, praying for Kambua, be sure you’re going to carry your own baby,” she tweeted.

Blessings

Julu added that she used to see how Kambua was frustrated online for not having a baby and vowed to pray for her.

“I used to see her face cyber bully. I’m a woman and seeing a woman face such due to lack of a child, it pained me a lot. I felt it. I wish I knew her in person. The best I could do silently was to pray for her. That was the best way I could stand with her being her greatest fan.????” she said.

Kambua: My husband is a businessman not a pastor

Gospel signer Kambua has come out to clarify a few things about her marriage and assured Kenyans she’s very much in love and happy.

The singer has been in the headlines several times in the past because of her union with Jackson Mathu. The two were married in 2012 and many claimed that Mathu was too old for Kambua.

People have also been criticizing the singer for being in childless marriage for so long, something that has been pissing her off.

“People will have an opinion over everything, over children. Today I saw a comment and deleted it because this guy commented on my Instagram and he says ‘When are you going to get pregnant, you’re getting old,” she said.

Happy

In an interview with Salaon Magazine, Kambua said that she’s happy she married him and also clarified that he’s not a pastor.

“All I can say is that I married the right man. I fell in love with him because he knew what he wanted and he went for it. I am enjoying my marriage and I look forward to many happy years with him.” he said.

Kambua reveals why she left Mr Seed pending for three years before finally working with him

Gospel singer Kambua has revealed that working with Mr Seed was an idea that came up almost three years ago but had to wait for several reasons.

Speaking to Adele on Kiss FM, the singer revealed that Mr Seed wanted a collabo but she had to wait for three years because of her image. The two have just released their new song dubbed “Happy.”

“Kambua alikua ananiplayiatu star (Kambua was just playing mega star to me), and I had to explain to her that it is true gospel,” said Mr Seed.

Space

Kambua in defense, said that jumping from one collabo to another would have made her look bad.

“It is the first time we have done a song together, although it has been three years since Mr Seed approached me to collabo with him. You get so many people who want to collabo with you, and so if you just go and say yes, you might become the collabo artiste of the year, you know. I had to space my collabos.” she said.

On why Mr Seed wanted her so bad in her song, he said: “I love her voice and so we just connected so well and thank God, it finally came naturally.”

Kambua: We all need help from time to time. Life can get so hard sometimes

Singer Kambua has opened up about fighting depression saying that sometimes it’s fine to open up when having a problem.

The singer, who has been attacked more than once by Kenyans online, confessed that sometimes people need to speak up to someone when they are fighting something.

“Look, I’ve sometimes called a friend, or my mom and simply said, “I’m losing the plot”. And they’ve come to my aid. We all need help from time to time. Life can get so hard, but you don’t have to go at it alone. Let me tell you: #Depression is REAL. As real as the air you breathe. I don’t know how many more people we need to lose to suicide in order for us to acknowledge that mental illness is a serious condition that needs treatment like the flu, or cancer… So many of us are fronting while dying a little every day.”

She went on:

“Too afraid to ask for help because people will talk, judge, or dismiss you. “It’s all in your head”, they say. Well YES it is in the head & heart. A brokenness in the mind, that can be fixed if we allow people to seek help. Someone earlier argued that therapy is expensive- I hear you. But getting help is not limited to sitting with a therapist. It could be a friend, a family member, a colleague… but the moment we make it seem as though there are no options is the very moment we take a plunge.”

Adding:

“I know of FREE helplines if you want to talk to somebody. Also, if you’re reading this and you’re on the verge of giving up, please don’t give up. Please don’t give up. Please. Don’t give up.”
