Nana who shared the photo on her Instagram page looks like she is in her 3rd trimester and might be looking forward to giving birth anytime from now. They have however not revealed the baby’s gender but I am pretty sure King Kaka is hoping for a baby boy as he already has two daughters.

This will be his 3rd child after welcoming two baby girls two years ago with both Nana and singer Sage Chemutai.

Anyway below is a photo of the rapper with his pregnant wife.

Beef brewing? King Kaka laughs off at Sauti Sol after they pulled this petty move on him (video)

Just recently during an interview on one popular radio station King Kaka came out to say that Sauti Sol has done nothing when it comes to helping other musicians in the country – a statement that sparked different reactions among the online community.

Judging from how fans reacted, we can say that they saw King Kaka’s words true as some went on to add that the group is selfish but all in all have taken the Kenyan music international.

Well, now King Kaka is back with yet another issue that will definitely force Sauti Sol to speak. Through his gram, the rapper posted a video to talk about a move that he refers to as Petty – after the boy band pulled down his music poster that they had posted to support the new project he had featured Fena Gitu on.

He went on say;

King Kaka teams up with Fena for a new club banger, Now this is good music (Video)

Rapper King Kaka has teamed up with Doing Her Thing Tho hit maker Fena Gitu for a massive hit, Run Ting.

The song has a feel good vibe to it that immediately captures you.
The song is a happy one, watu wabambike! All in all it is letting everyone know who runs things. King Kaka runs things, Kaka Empire runs things Fena runs things.Things don’t run we!” says King Kaka.

I admire how Kaka Empire rules the airwaves and myself, Fenamenal taking my place in the industry as well, thus We Run Ting,” says Fena Gitu.

Run Ting is the first project that both King Kaka and Fena Gitu are working on together. Both artistes are open to working with each other on future projects.

King Kaka had called me up for a different project and I believe he liked what I did on it, so he randomly sent me this beat and I loved it,” says Fena Gitu.

“Fena is an amazing Fenamenal woman. She is a great artiste to work with and I believe she is going far. There is a line on her verse she says, ‘They are mad over you vile unaRuntown’ very few people will get what that means,“ says King Kaka.

The Song was produced by Ricco Beatz , Mix and Mastered by Chacha of Urban Scotch.

The video was directed by the talented Briizy DJ for Lucid Visuals KE.

King Kaka: Sauti Sol hawajasaidia industry

Zero chills! King Kaka has fired shots at Kenya’s music heavyweights whom he accuses of doing little to grow the 254 music industry.

Speaking in an interview with Radio Maisha to promote his new song ‘Run Ting’ with Fena Gitu, King Kaka sensationally claimed the likes of Nameless, Redsan and Sauti Sol hadn’t done enough to push for the growth of Kenya’s music industry.

“They (Sauti Sol) are at the top. Hao ndio number one nawa respect, I give them total respect…but ni ukweli. Hawajasaidia industry,” said King Kaka during the interview.

“Nameless pia ako kwa hiyo list. Redsan sasa hata hajasaidia, amesaidia Chameleone uko,” he added when asked about Redsan and Nameless.

Juacali is the only artiste that King Kaka hailed for his contribution to the growth of Kenyan music industry, he said the King of Genge groomed the likes of Mejja.

“It was misunderstanding” King Kaka absolves himself from blame and apologizes to Eddy Kenzo after publicly bashing him

A few days ago, King Kaka went HAM on Ugandan dancehall superstar Eddy Kenzo bashing him how he wasn’t qualified. The Kenyan rapper has since eaten the humble pie.

Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) named Eddy Kenzo as its brand ambassador and Kenyan musicians couldn’t take it – they openly expressed their dissatisfaction by KTB’s decision to choose a foreigner over them.

King Kaka in particular took KTB’s decision personally; he attacked Eddy Kenzo on various platforms saying that the Ugandan wasn’t qualified for the post.

“Ati Eddy Kenzo who is Ugandan is The Kenya Tourism Ambassador, acha tungoje Beyonce akuje aimbe National anthem yetu. Let me grab my popcorns this is a movie a very funny movie. Ufala. Si wapatie Nameless ama Wyre ama Mkenya random kwa streets. How about the whole Rugby Team who have been doing soo much to raise our flag high, I am sure ata hajui independence yetu Ni lini ata nimeenda mbali, ata colours za flag yetu. Ufala. Kesho kesho Vice President atatolewa Zimbabwe,” King Kaka bashed Eddy Kenzo in one of his posts.

Well, the Kenyan rapper has decided to apologize to Eddy Kenzo, reason being? He was misled by bloggers into attacking the Ugandan artiste.

Eddy Kenzo

“Congratulations to Eddy Kenzo on his new partnership with The Kenya Tourism Board. Actually the misunderstanding came with the title from bloggers , the campaign that Eddy Kenzo is headlining is titled #TugendeKenya which means lets to go to Kenya (if my Luganda serves me right) it’s telling Ugandans to come to Kenya to Explore (which to me that has more economic gain to Kenya as a Country ) I deeply apologize for my earlier post which I have taken down. Yoh Eddy Tugende Kenya and Asante Kenya Tourism Board on this partnership,” King Kaka wrote on Facebook.

King Kaka, Avril and other Kenyan artists grumble as Kenya Tourism Board appoints Eddy Kenzo as its brand ambassador

Ugandan dancehall artist Edrisa Musuuza known professionally by his stage name as Eddy Kenzo has been named the new ambassador of Kenya Tourism Board (KTB). And bush-league Kenyan musicians can’t take it.

Dr. Betty Adero Radier the Chief Executive Director of Kenya Tourism Board explained that it was prudent of them to consider a Ugandan artist since Uganda contributes highly among other East African states.

“Ugandan tourists contribute a very big percentage on the total number of tourists visiting Kenya, we decided to appoint Eddy Kenzo because many people in the region understand him very well,” Dr. Radier said while addressing members of the press at Sheraton Hotel Kampala.

“It’s a great honour and opportunity I have been given to promote the homage, culture, beauty, natural resource, infrastructure and tourism in general of my other mother country Kenya. Under the campaign Take a break #Tugendekenya #magicalKenya.” Eddy Kenzo said after his appointment.

Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) unveils Eddy Kenzo as its brand ambassador in Uganda and the whole East African Region.

Mseto East Africa broke the news to Kenyans on Instagram and Kenyan artists didn’t like it at all. King Kaka, Avril and other celebs were quick to show their disapproval.

Theavieway (Avril): ?????

Thecremedelacreme (DJ Creme De La Creme): ???????????

thekingkaka (King Kaka): Ujinga Mtupu, ujinga mtupu

djsulekenya???

What Kenyan artists failed to understand is that KTB chose value addition over patriotism. All of the Kenyan artists who were complaining about Kenzo’s appointment have NEVER won leave alone being nominated for any international award.

Eddy Kenzo won BET award for the ‘Viewer’s Choice Best New International Artist’ in 2015. He was also nominated for MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA) in 2016.

Eddy Kenzo shows off the BET award he won

Talk of having influence across the continent, neither Avril nor King Kaka have ever performed ‘one-man show’ outside the boundaries of Kenya; last Saturday Eddy Kenzo filled a stadium in Guinea-Bissau, one-man show. And he’s having another concert in Ethiopia.

Eddy Kenzo performs in Bissau on Saturday May 6th

So, should Kenya Tourism Board pick Kenyan artists as its brand ambassador over foreign artists who add value to their campaign?

Prezzo mercilessly tears into King Kaka as he takes their beef to a new level

King Kaka picked a fight with Prezzo with no justified reason, maybe he wanted 15 seconds of fame. But Prezzo is now slaying him with no mercy at all.

The self proclaimed rap king started the beef when he took to instagram to taunt Prezzo who was just minding his own business.

“Na Handshake na Prezzo/Sio Yule uimba, Yule Prezzo anaRun Statoe/…, It’s Time to separate the Boys from The King,” King Kaka wrote.

Prezzo replied by firing warning shots, he cautioned the attention-seeking King Kaka to watch his foul mouth.

“Kaka sunguch best watch his mouth my cousin sista finna take care of u #Rapcellency #TulyUnruly” Prezzo replied to King Kaka.

But a defiant King Kaka didn’t heed Prezzo’s warning, he went on to make a remark on Instagram to provoke Prezzo even more.

“The Real President just called. I hope hao wengine wanaShoot Video. Hahahaha” King Kaka taunted Prezzo again.

Prezzo had enough of King Kaka’s mischief and decided to go HAM on him, he struck him with the reality of the situation.

He told King Kaka that he (Prezzo) was making real change in the country while he (Kaka) was seeking cheap publicity by picking a beef with him. Prezzo reminded King Kaka that 999 police emergency was operational because he made it happen. (Referring to the incident on the Trend when Prezzo dialed 999 and it didn’t work, police restored 999 service after Prezzo exposed them.)

“To all you rappers out there, I wanna tell you one thing. Instead of picking beef with the president, you know make change in your community, in your society, in your country, like making 999 work. I made 999 work when it never used to work before. You know why, coz am the president. And am Kenyan. And at the end of the day you better believe that…use your platform for right reasons not to pick beef with the president. Use your platform for all the right reasons don’t be looking for cheap publicity through the president, coz I gotta a good watch but I aint got time. And with that said am gonna check up on my sunguras,” Prezzo said in a video uploaded on Instagram.

Started from the bottom now he is here: Inside King Kaka’s house

King Kaka is among the artists who started off their careers from the bottom but hustled their way to the top.

Before making it in life we understand that he had absolutely nothing to call his own but the rapper now owns Kaka Empire among other things and a family that he is clearly proud of.

I recently bumped into a video he uploaded on his gram and from what I saw, the rapper is clearly living a comfortable life.

The short clip shows his daughter dancing in the living room and looking his TV screen, carpet and seats it is no secret that he is balling for his family.

Though he is not one to show off what he owns, King Kaka is now on another level and this could be the reason why he works hard to keep maintaining his new lifestyle.

Best birthday ever! King Kaka flies his mom to Mombasa to enjoy son-mother moment

Kevin Ombima popularly known as King Kaka treated his mother to the best birthday ever, he spent a whole day having fun with his mother at the coast.

King Kaka and his mother Elizabeth Ombima were at JKIA as early as 7:30am on Wednesday morning; the two were travelling to Mombasa to have fun.

Ms Ombima turned a year older so her son decided to spoil her, King Kaka is however not even sure how old his mother is – all he knows is that she is in her 50s.

“So my mom’s birthday is Kesho 26th April, I asked her how old she was turning , ati 50 something, ati ladies never reveal. Anyway wacha tunacheka hapo,” King Kaka wrote in part.

The flourishing rapper and his mother spent the whole day Wednesday 26th at the coast, they visited Fort Jesus and had enjoyed boat ride on Indian Ocean.

Besides his busy schedule, King kaka always finds time to spend with his family and this was confirmed by the new pictures he shared bonding with his wife and daughter in a new photo-shoot.

There is no doubt that he is committed to his wife and he deeply loves his daughter and he never fails to show off their intimate moments on his Instagram page – but we also know that he enjoys spending time with the other baby girl he sired with Sage, even though we don’t see it that often.

His new pictures are undeniably adorable as he is seen kissing his better half – however not everyone was happy with the photo he was seen kissing his daughter on the lips while others did not seem bothered with it since this is the 21 st century and nothing really seemed indecent with this particular photo.

But some fans found their daddy-daughter moment ‘disgusting’ and proceeded to shared their opinion on the rapper’s page. Some said it was ‘not right’. The post has drawn over 50 comments, but King Kaka did not respond.

Well, I don’t really see what could be wrong with the photo, but do you think it is wrong for a father to kiss his daughter on the lips?
