Was Moses Wetangula really beaten by his wife? He finally opens up

In 2016, the media reported that Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula was beaten by his wife Ann Ngugi at their home in Karen.

Media said that the Wetangula filed a report at Karen Police Station accusing his wife of domestic violence. His wife in return, accused the politician of infidelity in another report against him.

Since then, the politician has never spoken about what really happened despite other politicians turning him into a laughing stock.

He recently appeared on NTV’s Wicked Edition where Dr. King’ori wanted to know what happened that day. Still, the politician opted not to speak about the case.

Family ups and downs

Wetangula hinted that there was trouble between him and his wife that day but also added that as an African man he understands that family is holy and sacred.

I have never talked about it, I’m not about to talk about it. As an African man family is sacred and family is sacrosanct and family is family,” said the Senator.
