From my understanding, Unanikosha is a love ballad. In the track, Marioo gives several reasons why a certain lady is the best partner for him and why he does not want anyone else.

In as much as I’m not the biggest proponent of Bongo music, I must say that I really love this song. I have listened to it a couple of times since it came out and every time it’s like I am hearing it for the very first time.

Unanikosha is such a beautiful composition. To add to that, Marioo has an amazing voice and the way he sings you’d think there is more to it, like he might really be in love with this lady. Who knows?

I don’t know about you but as I was listening to this jam, I sort of felt like it was a live concert and I was the only one in the audience.

I totally love the beat and instrumentation on this track. Other than the fact that they make it so catchy, I’m sure you will agree with me that they also blend well with Marioo’s style, vibe and tempo.

The video for this jam is really dope and I’m not kidding. Other than its crisp quality, the other things that impressed me were the styling, the sexy vixen, the sets and the flawless scene transitioning. Kudos to the director.

Jipe is a love ballad. From my understanding, it’s about two lovers who can’t get enough of each other. Interestingly, no one is against their union and there’s no drama, it’s the perfect kind of love.

This jam is so infectious. I’ve listened to it a couple of times since it was released and every time I play it, it’s like I’m hearing it for the very first time. Yup, it’s that good.

If you have been  fan of Nadia Mukami as long as I have then I’m sure you know that she can really sing. God blessed her with an amazing voice and she knows how to put it into good use.

I don’t know about you but as I was listening to Jipe, I kind of felt like I was watching her live on stage performing it and in my opinion that is because the song is lively and energetic.

Marioo did not disappoint either. He spiced up the song by introducing the Bongo vibe in it. To add to that, he has an amazing voice that really blends well with that of Nadia Mukami.

The beat and instrumentation on Jipe are impeccable. They get you hooked from the moment you hit the play button and we have the one and only Alexis On The Beat to thank for that.

I absolutely love the video for this jam. Everything is on point, from the concept and execution, the locations, styling, props, lighting, scene transitioning, you name it.

The track dubbed Aya, which is a Swahili word that means okay, has been ruling the airwaves since it was released a few days ago and to be honest, we are also feeling it.

Basically, this joint is about a guy who has his eyes set on a beautiful lady but she is not just impressed with him and that leaves him wondering what about him the lady doesn’t like.

To force him to stop pursuing her, the lady tells him that his star has dimmed and he’s not good looking. What she is not aware of is the fact that her sentiments are causing him even more pain.

In as much as I’m not the biggest proponent of Bongo music, I must say that I really love this song. I have listened to it a couple of time since it came out and every time it’s like I am hearing it for the very first time.

Aya is such a beautiful composition. To add to that, Marioo has a melodious voice – the way he sings you’d think he’s narrating something that really happened to him. Who knows, maybe he is.

Notably, the instrumentation and beat on this jam are also impeccable, especially the former. If you are a fan of live bands I’m sure you’ll love this jam because the guitar and violins sounds in it seem like a live performance.

The video concept is on point since it aligns with the themes of the song which are love, rejection and pain. To add to that, I must also say that I loved its simplicity.
