Mwanaume ni akili! Comedian Owago Onyiro flaunts his beautiful house back in the village (Photos)

In December Comedian Owago left tongues wagging after showing off his bachelor house (Simba) from back in the village.

Looking at photos of the house shared online, one wouldn’t blame fans for asking how; and why he would have such a simba yet he keeps making money every now and then in Nairobi. Introducing the Simba to his fans, the young man wrote;

However what many did not know is that the comedian wanted to see what fans would say about his struggling home; before he finally unveiled the real house he has been building for the past few months.

Well turns out that Owago Onyiro has been wisely investing back home and so far has an unfinished bungalow which he recently unveiled through his IG page.

Knowing well that not many young men invest back home; Owago instead chose to make a difference and boy does he have a big unfinished house waiting for the small touches for it to be done. He wrote;

Ending this year a Happy man………. Remember you always running your own race……..Some are always happy when bad things happen to you…….only a few concerned friends might call or look for you when you are facing difficulty.

Comedian Owago Onyiro resorts to selling fish as corona hits hard (Video)

Owago Onyiro will not let the coronavirus pandemic leave him broke; or struggling since his mama taught him the art of cooking and unlike most men, he actually did listen!

Well so far he has been making a few coins here; and there but the best part is that he is actually doing something he loves!

As the world is currently suffering economically due to the lock down caused by the pandemic; Owago has been busy trying to get his business on track despite the hard times many businesses are currently experiencing.

Speaking on Jalango’s new YouTube show, Owago revealed that he has no reason to complain about Churchill not paying – since he doesn’t fully depend on that cash. He went on to urge his fellow comedians telling them;

Judging from how bubbly these two were during the interview, we can conclude that these fella’s enjoyed themselves and having both of them from the lake side only made things better for the viewers.

Although businesses are not so well everywhere, Owago went on to to add that on a bad day he can make at least 8 deliveries; but on a good day he can make almost 30 deliveries.

Well if that is not a real hustler, then I don’t know who is! Meanwhile, it’s also encouraging seeing a man like Owago, handsome and talented – remain passionate about cooking when most men assume only women belong in the kitchen.

Unlike Jalango and the rest of the comedians who joke about the usual stuff; Owago Onyiro has proved his strength in comedy lies in adult humor which actually turns out to be what most people enjoy.

Owago Onyiro shares unknown details revealing why he quit his radio job!

Former Churchill show comedian Owago Onyiro has had a successful career over the years; but a while back he shocked many after quitting his well paying job at KBC Radio Taifa.

Speaking to Pulse live, Owago for the very first time opened up revealing the main reason that forced him to quit his job. According to the comedian, he felt unwanted at the place by a few colleagues who had worked at the station for years.

To them he appeared like a threat earning too much money and not a workmate; for this reason Owago Onyiro found himself dealing with people showing him attitude. He opened up saying;

“Radio nilifanya lakini unajua kuna wale watu wana roho mbaya mpaka nikaona mbona nikorofishane na watu. Unajua wanaona sisi tumefanya hapa kazi miaka Kumi, huyu mtoto anakuja juzi na analipwa hela mingi. Kuna vitu mimi kama mtu kutoka huko Kisumu siwezi kubali nikawaachia tu. Hapa nje sisi ni walewale,”

For those sitting on their talents, Owago urged them to start from home and continue pushing  harder since nothing in life comes easily or for free:

“Nikujiamini na usikutane na Owago useme mimi nachekesha. Hapana follow your dreams usitafute short cut na ukitaka kuwa msanii ama comedian lazima uanzie kwenu. Lazima watu wa hio area wajue wewe ni comedian.”

Singer Akothee and comedian Owago have been spotted together several times by fans and apparently some now believe the two have something more going on than just the photos and videos they post when together.

Owago and Akothee had to respond to a rumour doing rounds on social media that they have a secret relation that has lasted for a year now.

A man named Paul Odhiambo posted on Group Kenya that Akothee and Owago have been in the affair.

“Meet Akothee aka the boss lady and her new catch Owago Onyiro…Owago has been dating Akothee for almost a year now…” he said. 

Allegations

Owago took to social media to respond to the allegations saying:

Akothee also posted in the comments in luo, shooting down the allegations. She laughed of the allegations saying someone has been paid to tarnish their names.

Owago Onyiro conned Ksh 70,000 by a female university student? The lady finally speak!

Word making rounds on social media claims that comedian Owago Onyiro was conned Ksh 70,000 by a young university student, Maureen Wanjiku who he shared a few details about on his social media pages before deleting the post. He allegedly wrote to say;

 “Kindly be careful in case you get a call from this number 07*******01.This lady is a thief she corned me 70k. She is a bad example for all O***u ladies s****n. #Sharewidely”

However the lady has finally decided to fire back at the comedian since he is aiming at ruining her image. Speaking to SDE, Maureen Wanjiku brushed off the story saying that the comedian had cooked up the story since he had no evidence to show the money transaction.

She went on to add that they have never met in person however they were in the same WhatsApp group, chinatown where Owago used to talk to her before one day revealing that he had slept with her friend.

But after Maureen and her friend confronted him the comedian opted to trash talk her through his Facebook page where he also shared her phone number.

Owago Onyiro is among the many comedians who worked for renowned comedian Daniel Ndambuki aka Churchill. He is however not your average funny man but a creative man that understands how to portray adult humor without overstepping boundaries.

Though he has been missing in action for quite sometime, this does not imply that his career is dead. From what I hear is that he still does comedy at events and mostly club gigs.

However, apart from his busy schedule…the funny man makes sure to spare some time for his wife and two adorable babies. A year ago he announced to have been blessed with another baby who he never introduced to his fan. But his eldest son seems to be shining in his dad’s glory.

After introducing the young man back in 2014 when he was just a toddler, Owango has shared a couple of new photos showing off how grown his son is. He is a ‘light skinned’ boy and truth be told…very cute. Below are a few of his latest photos making rounds on social media.
