Popular city pastor Godfrey Migwi is not happy with the deputy president, William Ruto. This is after having to watch Malindi MP hon Aisha Jumwa praise the deputy president like he was God. 

Apparently she went on to replace God’s name with Ruto’s – in a praise and worship song as others went on it to join as they sang along in honor of the Deputy president.

However Bishop Migwi feels that this is something the deputy should apologize for. He goes on to give an example of King Herod who was severely punished for trying to act like God. 

Jealous God

For this reason Bishop Migwi has gone ahead to write a letter to the Deputy president explaining a few things that might save him from the wrath of God. 

He went on to write saying;

My massage is very simple and clear , it’s an advise to you and your die hard supporters please My honor stop them for praising you like God , the types of Aisha’s have gone too far, they must separate politics with blasphemous act Malindi Mp hon Aisha Jumwa did something unusual to the body of Christ by using worship song hakuna wa kufanana na Mungu to praise you, for sure you’re not god and I know you know that ,and everyone knows , why Mr Deputy president did you allow Mp Aisha to praise you like god when poor worshipers and church leaders cheered in your presence , it’s good for you to apologize to the body of Christ and you repent for your life, peace , and political journey sake
Read this verse in the Bible Acts 12:21-23: And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them. And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man. And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.

King Herod’s story

King Herod died with belly disease for allowing poor People from tyre and Sidon to praise him like god just because he gave them food and they relied for him for food , so he was eaten by ???? worms and died

In the Jews history books Antiquities 19.8.2: and presently his flatterers cried out, one from one place, and another from another, (though not for his good,) that he was a god; and they added, “They said you’re merciful to us; for although we have therefore reverenced you only as a man, yet shall we henceforth see you as superior to mortal nature or god .” Upon this the king did neither #rebuke them, nor reject their impious flattery. But as he presently afterward looked up, he saw an owl sitting on a certain rope over his head, and immediately understood that this bird was the messenger of ill tidings, as it had once been the messenger of good tidings to him; and fell into the deepest sorrow. A severe pain also arose in his belly, and began in a most violent manner. In short Herod died in pain for allowing people to praise him like God, God never shares His praises and glory with anyone no matter the support he/she give to the people
Isaiah 42:8 My name is the LORD! I won’t let idols or #humans share my glory and #praise.

He went on to add saying;

Both Bible and Jews book recorded king Herod faced instant judgement even if sometimes God take time to judge
So please deputy president stop this people from praising you no matter the 2022 politics, politicians come and go, big leaders come and fade away .please again stop your followers for this blasphemous act
Blasphemy is the worst in the eyes of God , He is a jealousy God and consuming ???? fire

Hebrew 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.

Deuteronomy 4:24 For the LORD your God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.”

My theological teacher taught me that Jesus here on earth sung songs He never composed, No where in the Bible is recorded that Jesus composed songs but He sungs the composed ones meaning He loved and He loves songs , He praised Our Heavenly Father with songs , songs are powerful they belong to God of gifts not to the composer, we must respect songs that we worship God with ,its recorded Jesus sungs in the Bible so why jokes with songs Kenyans

Paul and Silas new the secrets they opened prisons and broke chains by songs of praises
Acts 16:25-34 25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them 26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.

Conclusion

As a fearless Christian leader , when am alive I must speak and I will always speak the truth no matter how it will hurt, to all this is not not politics, this pure truth we must respect God , we must respect His Name , we must respect His house , we must respect others and everything that belong to God, only Him to be praised, so hakuna wa kufanana na Yesu liwe liwalo , hawa wengine ni binadamu tu wasifiwe lakini si kutumia nyimbo za kuabudi wakapewa kazi ya kuongoza na lazima waajibike
