I was addicted to strippers and they left me in huge debt- Pastor Burale

City pastor Robert Burale has come out to reveal that he was really addicted to Nairobi strippers a thing that left him in deep debt.

In a past interview with K24 Burale confessed that strippers were his thing and it cost him huge.

“I used to live with both my parents during primary and secondary school but at some point, they separated. Life was good as we were living a high-end life before I went to study marketing in London. I enjoyed going to a new country and the freedom that came with it,” he said.

He further added that the habit gave him good and bad friends.

“When I went there I made both good and bad friends. I was lucky because everything was being paid for by my dad for during my first year so I had a lot of free time. I started going to strip clubs while in london with the friends I had made,” he said.

Life

He added:

As an african man living abroad, every one wants you, so the attention started making us do things we would not consider doing before. We started hoping from one strip club to the other. At some point we got bored with strip clubs in our area and we started venturing to other areas.

Strip girls are taught how to milk you dry. When they see you have money, they will milk all of it. When you don’t chuck out money they will make sure you give them some.nEven if it means removing their bra.

Robert Burale: I forgave the driver who ran over my brother with an ambulance

City Pastor Robert Burale has made a rather sad confession of how he forgave the man behind his death.

Taking to social media, the pastor said his brother was hit by an ambulance driver who didn’t stop.

The pastor said that he was in a meeting when several calls came but he kept ignoring them until he saw one from his cousin.

Whe he picked, he was told about his brother and was forced to cut the meeting short and rush to Nairobi Hospital where his brother was.

Later he got to meet the driver who explained why even after hitting his brother couldn’t stop.

Read the sad post below:

WHEN PAIN TEACHES AND PROCESSES YOU GOOD!! So my Bro sends me a selfie on 25th Sept at 11:44 a.m…I am taken a back as we dont usually do that, but then realised he was showing me he was dressed in RB Wear…Haya fast forward.⏩ While in a meeting,

I receive many calls and think to myself “I will call back” …but one call from my cousin Lucas Meso stood out and I answered, Lucas told me “Bob your brother has been hit by an ambulance and it didnt stop but he has been taken to hospital..Rush there now…”

So I get to Nairobi Hospital (thank you for your great care) and my Brother has been stabilized and prepped for a gruelling 5-6 hour surgery … Fast forward (next day) the driver that hit him gives himself up to the police and I receive a call from my mum (who had arrived from Bukhalalire on the material day) “Son, The driver who hit your bro is here at Kilimani Police Station, please come “…

All of a sudden ANGER gripped me and I drove to Kilimani with my cousins Jerome Odada, Dan Jets, Isaac Chibole and when I set my eyes on the gentleman I was PISSED and the first thing I told my mum was “get out of this place …. this is a man-to-man issue” ….

The first question I posed to him was “you mean you left my brother wounded and bleeding on the road…did you want him to die like a dog?” And of course I was not using a preachers tone or voice (zile za it is well)..this was Big Bro taking care of Small Bro…A lot went through my mind ….

Then the HOLY SPIRIT clearly said to me “CALM DOWN”….and I get to listen to the driver, compassion took over “I am sorry about your brother…I was rushing an 8 day old baby to hospital”

I immediately felt sorry for him and prayed with him and told him I am sorry..The man was clearly in a catch 22 situation….We then talked and fellowshiped together as we brain stormed on how to raise his bail ….(God has a sense of humour)….

The weight that was off our shoulders, after forgiving him (my bro did as well) was immense and crazy as it may sound.. my Bros healing Is WAY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.. Let’s all remember that driver in prayer….Its not easy for him… I pray after reading this you will also reach out t

Pastor Burale to Kenyan women: You are a prostitute if you are using men to make money

Pastor Burale recently had a further explanation on what prostitution is.

Speaking on Switch TV were he engaged in a talk with a small group of women, Burale shunned the ladies claiming they were looking for sponsors just because they wanted to improve their social life and class.

“For us young people we are not looking for a happily ever after. Most of us are looking for stability.

“I prefer dating older men than me. I find guys my age very childish. I met him on instagram and we have been together for six months and so far so good. To get my hair and nails done, you cannot tell your parents that you want to change your hairstyle everyday. Its all about building a brand and what better way to achieve this than to look for a sponsor?”,” said one lady.

Burale wasn’t afraid of calling her hustle prostitution.

“What is the need of having a long term plan while putting your health at risk that you may not be alive long enough to actualize your plan? For the lady who said you are just using the men, would you go to Koinange and sell your body? That is exactly what you are doing in an educated manner. The ladies who are in koinange also use men to get money for the same things as you are doing.” said the pastor.

Adding:

“Its the same business different geographical areas. One thing I want to encourage you is, if you know who you are on the inside clothes don’t make you. Identity is an inside job.”

Burale: I want to die empty. I don’t want people to remember me for the kind of watch or shoes I wore

Though know for his nice suits, watch and general fashion sense, Pastor Burale has shared that those are things he’d rather not be remembered for when he dies.

“I want to die empty. If God gave me the privilege of being a guest of honour at my funeral, would I like what people would say? Nobody knows the kind of suit Nelson Mandela wore. But if you have read his autobio, ‘Long walk to freedom’, you know what we are talking about. I don’t want people to remember me for the kind of watch or shoes I wore but the many lives I changed.”

Warning

The pastor also went on to warn young gospel artists such as Willy Paul who have been slowly drifting away from their calling.

“Nobody is perfect but as a young gospel artiste, [you should] hide under the blood of Jesus. Don’t do showbiz for yourself. The Bible is clear, lift Jesus,” Burale said.

“But maybe it’s wrong company or fame is getting into your head. Always remember, it’s not about you, it’s about Jesus.”

5 photos of Alex Mwakideu’s elder sister who wanted to commit suicide because of Robert Burale

Pastor Robert Burale was once married to Rozinah Mwakideu, the elder sister of radio host Alex Mwakidue but their marriage crumbled after only a year and only two days.

In a recent interview on Radio Jambo, Rozinah revealed that Burale frustrated her to a point she contemplated committing suicide.

She, however, managed to leave him, ignore naysayers and start a fresh.

Manipulation

According to Rozinah, Burale was deep in debt and manipulated her in different ways especially when he was on the wrong.

“Robert had so many things he was hiding from me in the name of being a pastor… I was expecting him to change. I became suicidal in that one year I lived with Robert because there was so much I was going through but I feared what people would say if I left. My mother is a prayerful person and that helped me,” said Rozinah.

Though Burale hasn’t addressed her claims, he confessed a while ago that he had huge financial issues that frustrated his ex-wife.

Rozinah has not re-married since she parted ways with him and neither has Burale.
