Diamond Platnumz can surely do anything for his mother Sanura Sandra Kassim. The Tanzanian superstar is building his mother a mansion in Kigoma which is nearing completion.
For starters, Diamond loves his mother dearly because she single handily raised him when his father abandoned them. His mother was his pillar when he was struggling to make it in music industry.
Diamond is putting up a bungalow for his mother in their rural home in Kigoma. Sanura flaunted photos of her house on social media as she thanked her son for his generosity.
“Alhamdulillah.Mkataa kwao mtumwa Kigoma mojaaa ?,” Sanura captioned one of the photos she shared.
Diamond’s mother was the queen of the dance floor back in the days. Sanura Sandra says nothing would stop her from going to the club, not even pregnancy.

Sanura says she used to go out to party even when she was pregnant. She reveals that she wouldn’t stop partying when she was carrying Esma Platnumz in her womb.

9 months pregnant
Sanura reveals that she was 9 months pregnant when the photo was taken. She says that the photo was taken at a party she attended.

Diamond further promises his mother that he will tie the knot before the end of the year. He reveals that Sanura has always wanted to see him settle down.
“Inshaalah, Mwenyez Mungu anibariki Mwaka huu Mwanao nifanikishe Ndoa yangu na kukupa Furaha ya Milele ambayo siku zote umekuwa Ukiitaka….. @mama_dangote,” wrote Diamond.

Diamond’s mother has only been sharing photos of Tiffah and Prince Nillan on her instagram handle. However she has not even posted a single photo of her other grandson Prince Abdul.

Fans have been castigating Sanura for snubbing Hamisa Mobetto’s son. Diamond’s mother however has had a change of heart after the pressure kept on mounting.

It turns out Sanura and Shufaa Lutigunga are fighting over the same man – Salum Shamte. Hamisa Mobetto’s mother opened up about her relationship with Salum Shamte in an interview with Ijumaa Wikienda.
Shufaa Lutigunga denies she was romantically involved with Salum Shamte. She explains that they were only good friends and nothing more.

“Huyo kaka (Shamte) ninamjua kama rafiki yangu tu na hatukuwahi kuwa na uhusiano wa kimapenzi hata mara moja. Ninashangaa mno kuona au kusikia watu wanakomalia kuwa mimi nilikuwa na uhusiano naye wa kimapenzi. Lakini siku zote mtu akiamua kusema, ninamwacha aseme au afanye awezavyo,” Shufaa Lutigunga told Ijumaa Wikienda.

Diamond’s family is in a serious mess thanks to Hamisa Mobetto and Zari. The two baby mamas have involved other members of their families in their beef.

Mzee Abdul further says that both Zari and Hamisa Mobetto have equal rights. He further says that the two can both get married to Diamond because Islam allows so.
Diamond’s dad also urges Zari and Mobetto to stop their fight on social media. Mzee Abdul says he is deeply offended by the words they keep on throwing at each other online.

“Nimeolewa…Ana udongo gani? angekua mdogo singeona. Ni mkubwa. (He is not young, if he was young, I’d have not married him),” Diamond’s mother said in a recent interview with Tanzanian tabloid.

Sanura is already planning to conceive again at her age. Diamond’s mother jokingly said she wants her son to have another brother or sister.
“Hahaa. Nasibu atapata mdogo wake…basi subirieni mdogo wake wa mwisho. (Nasibu will get a baby sibling, just wait for the last born.)”

Diamond’s mother Sanura Sandra Kassim has clashed with religious zealots multiple times because of her ‘controversial’ taste for fashion.
Diamond’s mother is a Muslim, Islam demands women to dress modestly; wearing hijab and covering the head is obligatory in Islam. Sanura follows these rules most of the time.

Most parents who have kids the age of Diamond are usually VERY conservative with what they wear but Sanura has no reservation when it comes to fashion; she can dress to look like a 26 year old post-graduate student at Kenyatta University.
