The bubbly lady known for her cool reggae vibe went on to announce her exit barely 24 hours rumor had it that she will be among the fired team.

She went on to appreciate her cohost Rapcha Sayantist for the amazing shows; not forgetting the amazing radio journey the two had been on for years. According to Shix, the crazy nights on air is what she will miss most; and looking at the comment section: her fans seem to have been affected the most.

Drop Zone

It is not known whether the station plans on replacing the fired journalists; however rumor has it that the Royal media employees suffered a 30% pay cut following the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic.

As seen on a statement issued by Managing Director, Wachira Waruru wrote;

The unprecedented outbreak of the coronavirus in the world and Kenya, in particular, has had serious repercussions on business, including ours. This reality necessitates that we take difficult but necessary measures to see us through this period.

Each staff will be issued with their individual letter through their supervisor. This reduction is temporary and will be reversed when things return to normal.

Drop Zone will however not be the same without the Ghetto girl, but at least she made a name for herself, right?
