Wema’s lawyer Peter Kibatala objected the prosecutor’s request on grounds that the prosecution’s application had not followed proper procedure.
The lawyer argued that a piece of evidence issued against Wema Sepetu by the inspector Willy from the prosecution deparment in Dar es Salaam lacked sufficient reason to warrant Wema Sepetu’s arrest.
The judge, Thomas Simba, declined to order police to arrest Wema and instead set October 4th as the date for the ruling.
Back in February actress Wema Sepetu was arrested among several celebrities who were said to be using drugs. The Tanzanian sweetheart unluckily was found with Marijuana in her house and following the Tanzanian rules she was arrested and had to spend a week in police before she was released.
The actress however had a case to answer and for the past few months she has been attending her hearing to see whether the judge would pardon her but things have proven to be hard for her.

Her lawyer Peter Kibatala who has been handling her case has made it his goal to see that the lady does not land back in jail. In the recent hearing he objected a request Mae by a public prosecutor on Wednesday, September 13 asking the court to order the arrest of Wema Sepetu, since she was caught red handed with the Marijuana in her house.
Mr Kibatala (Wema’s lawyer) on the other hand pleaded with the court to throw away the request since his client had been cooperating with the court and went on to add that the piece of evidence issued against Wema Sepetu by an officer, Inspector Willy, of the Prosecution Department did not have enough proof to warrant Wema Sepetu’s arrest.
Anyway, the judge, Thomas Simba, has moved the next hearing to October 4 when he will give out his official ruling.
Idris Sultan is not only famous in Tanzania but the whole of East Africa. This is because he walked out as a winner at the BBA back in 2014 and later in 2016 he dated Wema Sepetu who boosted his fame.

However, his relationship with the Tanzanian sweetheart did not last for long since they both had different goals in life. Speaking during an interview Idris confessed that he was the one who walked out of their relationship but maintains that there friendship stays solid.

Anyway talking about his break up with Wema Sepetu he told a popular Tanzanian news outlet , Dizzim online, that though he broke up with the lady, it was so hard to walk away.

When asked if he dated after his break up with Wema Sepetu – Idris jokingly said that he slept with more than 30 women hoping to forget his ex but things did not work out as planned he said.
“When I was trying to get her out of my mind, I slept/dated more than thirsty women. Honestly. So I grew up!”
But judging from how the fella likes to joke around, one can’t be sure if he was telling the truth or just playing around.

Well it seems Wema Sepetu has made a u-turn; she said she hadn’t given up on getting pregant in an interview with EATV.
Wema explained that she started trying to get a baby since she was 24 and that she wouldn’t quit on her dream since God’s timing was the best.

Speaking during an interview the lady also denied being in a relationship with the CHADEMA party chairman and went on to describe this as something being cooked by politicians to bring the fella down especially because they are aware that he has a wife. Wema Sepetu has long been rumored to have an affair with Freeman Mbowe – the chairman of Tanzanian opposition party CHADEMA.

Wema Sepetu has now opened up about her relationship with mheshimiwa in an interview with EATV. The former beauty queen dismissed the claims she was having an affair with Freeman saying that she respects the politician so much that she’s even afraid of him.

Wema Sepetu might not have kids of her own but she adores her sisters kids like they were her own. This past weekend she made sure to celebrate her niece by the name of ‘Mama D’ through her Instagram page now that she is active on her social media pages.

Wema told Global Publishers that she had sort medical help for her problem and was ready to get pregnant again, she however made it clear that she would remove her womb if she fails to give birth to a baby.
“Ndiyo na tena safari hii nisipobahatika kupata mtoto hadi ninafikisha umri wa miaka 32 nitafunga kizazi,” Wema Sepetu said.

The former beauty queen also opened up about her love for homosexual men, Wema said that several people including her mom had warned her against staying with gay people at her house but didn’t heed to their advice.
“Mimi sijui ni kitu gani lakini ninawapenda sana hao watu (mashoga) na ninafurahi sana kuwa nao maana hata mama alikuwa hapendi kabisa kuona wapo kwangu lakini sasa amewazoea na ninaona nao ni binadamu kama mimi,” Wema explained her love for gay people.

Yesterday July 6th Wema took to Instagram to congratulate fellow actress Esha Buheti who is heavily pregnant. In the same post, Wema took issues with pregnant women who are posting semi-naked pictures flaunting uncovered baby bumps in photo shoot.

Critics were offended by Wema’s comment, some blasted her claiming she was jealous of pregnant women because her uterus couldn’t hold fetus.
Wema responded by stating that she had accepted her condition; she explained that tradition called for women not to expose their baby bumps in semi-naked photos.
The former beauty queen further defended her opinion saying that she wouldn’t be silenced just because she couldn’t bear a child of her own.

Seems that Diamond Platnumz is not the only person taking about Wema Sepetu’s figure. In his latest song featuring Nigerian female super star Tiwa Savage, baba Tiffah is heard praising his ex girlfriend’s figure and unlike before he put it out there for the world to him acknowledge that she has a hot body.
However, not everyone is happy about Wema Sepetu’s hips and tiny waist which she recently flaunted in new photos shared a few days before she celebrated Eid al-Fitr. Apparently some think that her huge hips cannot be supported by her thin legs (which she learnt to embrace a long time ago).

Diamond explained that he sometimes talk business when he meets Wema, he disclosed that Wema Sepetu was the one who came up with the selling statement – ‘The scent you deserve’ for his Chibu perfume.
