‘Woman eater’ is a term that became famous after Justice James Wakiaga described Joseph Irungu ‘Jowie’ as a male version of a slay queen and a woman eater in his ruling while denying him bail.
Back to Hope Kid, the gospel singer dated Yvonne Orio for years before they finally broke up. Orio dumped Hope Kid in 2016 claiming that he cheating on her with a close friend. Hope Kid refuted the cheating allegations, he even said that he had plans to propose to Oria in 2017.
Marriage proposal
Orio has now taken it upon herself to advise girls on matters relationship. The fashion blogger, who is currently dating the man who knocked her up, urges women to only accept marriage proposal a week to the wedding.
The fashion blogger took to Instagram to pen a lengthy message to women, while indirectly referring to her relationship with Hope Kid.
“I am going to be straight up today. Girls if you are dating a guy, then kindly tell him how you want to run these streets of the relationship. Tell him not to engage you for social media, I mean you should get engaged one week to your wedding. Do not keep a woman waiting for five years to waste her time and energy. These engagement rings are too many on social media but they do not make it to the aisle. Some of you are chasing away the real potential husbands for these woman eaters,” wrote Orio.
