Vera Sidika´s transformation to melanin is the work of a professional make up artist.

The top Kenyan socialite walked out in her original skin tone hardly 5 days ago after gracing 5 years of her life in a light skin tone.

However, even before we can get our minds to settle on the same, she is back with a new bae looking like the porcelain doll from London, we are used to.

Transformation

Apparently, the curvy businesswoman´s flawless melanin look is the work of a talented artist, Miss Keysha Makeup.

Miss Keysha has worked with top brass the likes of Anerlisa Muigai and Sharon Mwangi.

This is what Vera was going for to have her ´Mimi´ video out.

Miss Keysha, to her surprise, is still coming to terms with the work of her hands, sharing:

Honestly I wasn’t sure if could pull this off but … ooh well .. y’all don’t call me Keysha the TRANSFORMER for nothing.

According to Vera Sidika´s social media pages, the look has been achieved through makeup and not tanning as we had all been made to think.

Motive

Furthermore, Vera revealed over the weekend that she changed her look because she wanted to feel more like herself after 5 years of embracing a different tone.

Speaking to Amina Abdi on The Trend, she shares:

I feel like my body is my business. I said that when the whole things started.

It has been 5 years, it has been an amazing journey and I wanted something different so I got to a point that I just wanted to be me.

I did this because I want to be me. Some claimed that I was broke so I couldn’t afford to maintain myself, I have businesses honey so I am good…

It was a one-off thing (the skin lightening procedure) so people who are saying that I’m broke maybe think that I get to do this every day but it’s not the case.

I feel amazing. I look amazing right?
