Tanzanian media mogul Reginald Mengi is dead

Tanzanian Media Mogul Reginald Mengi is dead.

He was 75 years old.

Two of his media outlets, ITV and Radio ONE, on Thursday morning confirmed that Mengi, the chairman of Confederation of Tanzania Industries, IPP Gold Ltd, passed on in Dubai.

The cause of his death is yet to be established.

Family

Mengi has left behind a wife, Jacqueline Ntuyabaliwe-Mengi, and two sons. Jacqueline also known as K-Lynn was a music hit maker back in the 2000s with songs such as “Crazy Over You” and “Nalia Kwa Furaha”.

She was also a model and won  Miss Tanzania title and represented Tanzania in Miss World in 2000. The two got married in a lavish wedding in Mauritius back in 2015 but have always been criticized because of their age difference. Jacqueline is 40 years old.
