Thitima! Kaymo shares how his wife underwent 36 hours of labour during delivery

Gospel singer William Kamore better known as Kaymo who blessed Kenyans with the hit “Thitima” is now a father after his wife delivered a baby boy.

That however didn’t go down as easy as it sounds. The singer an an interview shared that his wife had a very had time delivering.

“TO ME, BEING A FATHER HAS GIVEN ME THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. DESPITE MY WIFE LABOURING FOR A VERY LONG TIME — ABOUT 36 HOURS — I WAS RIGHT THERE, UNLIKE MANY MEN, WHO WOULD RUN AWAY IF SUCH A THING HAPPENED TO THEM,” he said in the interview with Mpasho.

Scared

Kaymo went on to add that the whole thing traumatized him because at one point he thought she might not make it.

“By that time, I was thinking so hard about her and if she is gonna make it, or is the baby is going to make it. It was very traumatizing to me as a man,” he shared.

Adding:

“SHE FINALLY MADE IT AND WHEN I SAW OUR BABY, TEARS JUST CAME OUT OF MY EYES. GETTING THE NAME ALSO WAS NOT EASY FOR US, IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET. UNTIL NOW WHEN I WAKE UP EACH DAY, I LOOK AT THE BABY AND JUST THANK GOD.”
