Knowles (conceived Jeanne Ingabire Butera on 1 October 1990) is a Rwandan artist. Her stage name is taken from American R&B vocalist Beyoncé Knowles. Butera composes her very own considerable lot tunes. Her tunes address such subjects as sentimental connections, societal issues and day by day life.

Butera was conceived in Ruhango District on 1 October 1990, the single offspring of Jean-Marie Vianney Butera and Marie Claire Uyambaje, who are both perished. Her mom was previously the lead vocalist in a nearby Seventh-day Adventist church choir. Butera went to ESCAF elementary school in Kacyiru, APARUDE optional school in Ruhango and APACE auxiliary school in Kigali with an emphasis on PC sciences and administration. As a young person she sang in the nearby choir. In 2012 she started to seek after a college degree at Kigali Institute of Science and Technology.

Knowles discharged her presentation collection, Komeza, in December 2011. Her second collection, Uwo Ndiwe, was discharged in March 2013. Knowles is overseen under the name Kina Music.

She has performed all through Rwanda and in neighboring nations, including Uganda,[1] and has teamed up with various craftsmen, including Rwandans Danny, Paccy, Ciney, Jay Polly, Kamichi and Urban Boyz, and Ugandan gathering Vampos. Knowles won “Best New Artiste” in the 2010 Salax Awards competition.[1] In August 2013, she took third place in the yearly Primus Guma Super Star ability rivalry, held at Amahoro Stadium.[5] In March 2013 she won her second Salax Award, this time in the classification of “Best Female Artist”.

In 2013, Knowles was one of three Rwandan acts to perform at the “Rwanda Day” occasion held in London.[6] in 2015, Knowless Butera won the Primus Gumma Superstar fifth Edition, and she is the main lady to win such an opposition
