Chinoso Arubayi explains how she felt when her gospel artiste husband, Eric Arubayi died

Today’s episode of Wake Up Nigeria on TVC channel hosted Chinoso Arubayi, wife of late gospel artiste, Eric Arubayi.  It was quite an emotional moment on the show as the widow narrated her grief at the death of her husband. She said that when her husband died she blamed God because she felt betrayed by him. Eric’s death was caused by an intake of fake malaria medication.

In her words, she said: My husband & I lived a faith-based life. When he died, I lived in denial because I felt betrayed by God that my husband, a Gospel artiste, could die. I fell into depression, shaved my hair & wouldn’t accept inspirational messages from well-wishers”.

The mother of one said she has now moved on to make ends meet. She said: ”In order to pay my own bills, cater for my son and convince people to allow me to make them up, I had to start looking good again. From there, I started my make up line and media hustle”
