Female Rapper, Kel says INEC has Given her another Reason to Hate Nigeria

As the elections are drawing closer, so many people like popular female rapper, Kel are looking forward to exercising their electoral franchise.

The rappers dreams like many other people’s have however been cut short by what she describes as INEC’s incompetence. According to her, she was looking forward to vote but it isn’t going to happen.

Kel says INEC couldn’t provide her PVC

The singer in a series of rant tweets narrated how she went to the collection center to pick up her PVC. She however stated how disappointed she was when the person distributing the cards said he couldn’t find hers.

There were no explanations, they just couldn’t find her card, she said.

The 2019 general elections begins with the presidential election on the 16th of this month. In preparation for this, people are currently being advised to go and exchange their temporary voter’s cards with the permanent ones.
