Nollywood actress, Adesua Etomi, has appreciated those that have thrown their weights of support behind her in recent times.

This is coming after she became an object of backlash, following her Vogue Magazine’s cover. In a recent tweet, however, the actress has called on her fans to keep calm, noting that she is also learning to rise above it all.

Adesua Etomi says she uses her words wisely

Noting that she is not about insults, therefore, she asked that people should stop insulting others on her behalf. She hopes to inspire others, she said.

Words are forever imprinted so she uses hers wisely, she said.

As much as I appreciate the love and support, I really wish people won’t abuse others on my behalf. It’s not what I’m about. I’m learning to rise above it all and I hope I inspire others to do the same. Our words will forever be imprinted, I hope we learn to use them wisely.

In another tweet, she wrote:

I only have one attitude towards all my blessings….Gratitude!!! It doesn’t matter what anyone says, thinks, does….it is always Gratitude!!! I don’t spend time analysing and nitpicking….I just say ‘Thank you Lord!!! Then I watch the lord do more, again and again!!!

The actress was featured on the cover page of the April 2019 issue of Vogue Magazine. This was met with mixed reactions from people who commended her and some others who criticised her.

Her achievements in recent times seem to surpass imaginations and it doesn’t look like there is a stop button anywhere close.

It is in this light that the delectable actress joined other phenomenal women across the world to feature on the front cover of Vogue Magazine’s latest issue.

Taking to her Instagram page, however, the actress wrote how eletad she feels to be given such an honour.

She wrote:

Beautiful Nollywood actress, Adesua Etomi, is currently in the United States and has been attending series of events. Last night, the actress shared pictures of herself taking shots with some other Nigerian bigwigs in the entertainment industry.

Among those spotted in her pictures are, Actress, Omotola Jolade, American singer, Jidena, as well as Sam Adegoke. According to her, she was inspired by Chiwetel Ejiofor and David Oyelowo, whom she said are changing the lives of girls in Nigeria.

Adesua Etomi says the world can be a better place.

Noting that people can always do more, she however, buttressed that Nigeria can be better.

She wrote;

More than a night of picture taking and amazing conversations, last night was a call to action.
@geancofdn is doing AMAZING work I was reminded once again about how compassion and the heart for others can make a world of difference.

I was very inspired by Afam, David Oyelowo and Chiwetel Ejiofor who are changing the lives of girls in Nigeria through their philanthropical endeavours.

I was also reminded that we can always do more. When you think you’ve given all you have…You can always give more. You can be more compassionate, more loving, more giving of your time and resources, you can always impact more lives, you can always do more.

Adesua Etomi shares her inspirational story

Nollywood actress, Adesua Etomi has been honored by her school with her photo on the wall. The actress, who attended the university of Wolverhampton, narrated that paying her school fees at that time used to be difficult.  But now she appreciates that, she is being honored by the same school. she wrote:

“Today, I’m grateful for my university education. I remember how my mum and I would sit and wonder how we’d pay my university fees every single year.

It’s amazing how God took me from that, to being celebrated and painted on the wall by the same university that we could barely afford.

It may look hard right now but hang in there, there’s nothing God cannot do.

It will end in praise but remember to put in the work.”

Adesua Etomi replied troll with a message of love.

Nollywood actress and wife of popular singer, cum actor, Adesua Etomi, like every other celebrity is often a victim of cyberbullying.

Unlike other, the actress has chosen love over hate which the troll intends to spread.

In a video posted by the actress on her page, where she was seen dancing, a troll took to the comments section to note her displeasure at the actress’ joy. In her comment, she noted how fake the actress is. According to her, the actress was dancing ‘like mumu’. She stated however, that the young wife should get pregnant.

Contrary to the follower’s negative vibe, Mrs. W responded, wishing the irate follower love and peace.
