It has been implied on social media that Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham is pregnant. So when the actress posted a photo on Instagram today, some of her fans congratulated her on the pregnancy. The actress debunked the news and told her fans that she has only been sick and is just recovering. We wish her better health.

Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham is not so happy with singer, MC Galaxy and she has come out publicly to make this known.
This was in an Instagram post, where she called the crooner out for asking girls to strip for 50k on his IG Live. According to her, his action strengthens the belief that women can only get things by selling their bodies. She however, advised him to emulate men like Wizkid, Banky W and the likes.
To those women that went ahead to strip for the singer, the actress advised them to stop selling themselves short. According to her, that 50k will be the least money they would make. She, however, asked the singer to ladies to take note of what women like Linda Ikeji, Kemi Adetiba and Chimamanda are doing with their platforms. They are uplifting other women, she said.

Dear MC Galaxy, what you did asking girls to go naked for 50k is despicable, debasing and bad in every way. You just further strengthen the believe that the easiest way women can get things is to sell their bodies. I sincerely can’t fathom what you need or gain from this despicable act when you could have checked in on porn sites. I am not trying to be a moral judge, I am the least qualified to judge a fellow human, but just the way you used your influence and platform for this woman-debasing act, I am also using mine to stand against an act ridiculing women and further prove that some men are scum.
See what people like LindaIkeji, KemiAdetiba, Chimamanda, (Even your friend, LauraIkeji), and other women are doing with their platforms, they lift other women by living, giving and not asking for nudes. You can as well follow examples of young men like Davido, TundeEdnut, Wizkid and Banky W.
My message to those girls that went naked on your page is this-please let’s do better, let’s stop making men like Mr Galaxy think everything about women is money. Don’t sell yourself short because of 50k, its the least of the money you will make in your lifetime. We are women, we are powerful, we are not cheap.

Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham has taken to Instagram to lament over the place social media has taken in people’s lives in the 21st century.
According to the actress, social media has now taken the place of personal relationships in people’s lives. People no longer talk to themselves, she said.
Also, the actress spoke on how people now find it difficult to confide in themselves. Instead of relating their troubles to others, they would rather say it on social media, she said. It has gotten so bad that people take to Instastory to write suicide notes, she said.

“21st Century, the generation that doesn’t want real relationship. We want that social media relationship that everyone can like and comment on. True bonding are very hard now because, we now converse via DM, Ping, WhatsApp etc and epistle is our new way of expressing our feelings or appreciating people.
A lot of relationship has died because we now have better relationship with our phones than with people. We invest more time into our Instagram profile than we do with our lives. We celebrate our friends/family’s birthdays without knowing how the 365 days that lead up to them was.
Family meetings are now been held via Video calls and WhatsApp group conversations. People come to social media to write a long epistle for eachother, claiming WORLD’S BEST for them. When in actual sense, they know they are nothing close to COMMUNITY’S BEST and their intentions are not to filter them as good, but to impress social media audience.
There’s no relationship without social media anymore and that’s why relationships are no longer sincere; everything is now for the gram?. We’ve forgotten that, the best thing to hold on to in life is eachother? and that’s one of the reasons why depression is getting common☹️.
We’ve built a wall around ourselves against our family and love ones. We share our burdens with riddles on social media instead of talking it out with someone. It has worsen to the extent that, someone about to commit suicide will take to Instagram story to write their suicide note.
I understand it’s hard to find a trustworthy person these days but you still have to trust someone! If you trust them and they betrayed your trust, then it’s not your problem anymore it’s theirs. Let them live the rest of their life with the burden of betrayal.

Nigerian based Ghanaian actress, Princess Shyngle, who allegedly made an attempt to take her own life towards the end of last year, has taken to Instagram to appreciate Toyin Abraham.
This was in a post where she asked people to help her thank the actress. According to her, she was down sometime last month and ended up at the hospital. The ‘Alakada’ actress who heard the news on social media left location in Ibadan to see her in Lekki, she said.
She however noted that the actress was in tears when she got to the hospital. Toyin is an angel sent from above, she said.

Nollywood actress and producer, Toyin Abraham has revealed her intention to turn her 2010 movie, Alakada, into a sitcom.
She made this known in an Instagram post where she called for advert placement and sponsorship for the show which is set to kickoff soon.
One would recall that three years after the release of the movie, the actress made a sequel to it; Alakada Reloaded. Nine years later, she is set to release the first of the sitcom, Alakada 1.
As part of the announcement, the actress however reveals that the story will be co-written by Olukayode Aderibigbe and Adekunle Salawu.

Yesterday, Nigerian entertainment lovers woke up to a long note from actress, Toyin Abraham’s ex accusing her of refusing to sign their divorce papers.
According to him, the actress has made to case drag on for so long. She has now requested that the case should be transferred to Ibadan, he said while he pleaded to her to let him go.
The actress’ manager, Samuel Olatunji, has now taken his time to respond to her.
According to him, Adeniyi did not have to seek publicity with the case he has with his ex wife. He has her number so he could have called her, he said. He however, noted that the case is being transferred because there was a change of lawyer.
Dear Niyi Johnson, I’m forced to respond to you here because you mentioned my name,so I will be returning the favour. In all my years of dealing with the entertainment industry, I carefully avoid the drama that goes with the terrain. And this includes years of dealing with big brands.
Some of these brands have warned me to avoid some people from the Yoruba industry because of the attendant, unnecessary drama and here you are proving them right and giving the noble Yoruba industry bad name. You have my number, you have the number of the lawyer, and I believe you have Toyin’s number as well. This unnecessary call for attention and social media shenanigans are unnecessary.
You see why people don’t dignify your ilk with phone calls, sms or courtesy, it always end on social media. People are doing great things in real life not Instagram drama.
Two, a simple call to your lawyer would tell you that what Lawyer Bosun called you for is the beginning of trial (court proceedings) not to come and sign divorce papers. Divorce doesn’t work like that. Three, if you depserately want a divorce, you should have filed one not Toyin; perhaps the over 1m naira cost deterred you.
Toyin, chose to bear the cost, pay her lawyer the fee and has taken the case to a considerable point. She has shown more commitment to the divorce proceedings than you. In more than three years of separation you just filed a ‘cross petition’ last month while she has been at it in the court for over a year.
She has ‘allowed you go’ a long time and we all can see what that has done to her life and career. Please come down from your Instagram high horse, real court issues happen outside of social media. She changed lawyer and he has moved faster than we anticipated. It was out of courtesy that I called you to ask for your address. I told you I’d call for if there is any new development.
And a piece of advise from me, you need to stop using your past relationship to generate talkability, you have talents and new relationship, they should be enough. That is what you should focus on; stop focusing on what you don’t have, what you have should be enough. Selah!
Nollywood ex couple, Adeniyi Johnson and Toyin Abraham, have been about their divorce processes for about three years now.
Though the estranged husband have been keeping his cool about the divorce all along, he has now taken to his Instagram page to bloat out.
According to him, Toyin is intentionally frustrating the divorce process. She was supposed to sign the papers on the 1st of November but she did not show up.
Her PA has now called to tell him that the actress wants to case transferred to Ibadan to start over again.
Begging her to stop dragging the process for too long, the actor says he accepts all the faults but wants to be set free. Noting that his ex wife has always made him look like the bad person, Adeniyi Johnson says he’s tired of the delay.

An accident survivor identified as Chris Michael Dzineku is full of thanks to actress, Toyin Abraham for saving him and other passengers.
According to him, the bus they were in crashed along Eleganza Gardens in Lekki so they were left in serious pains. Toyin, who was riving by at that tie, stopped and took him and the other victims to the hospital, he said.

On the 7th of this very July 2018, i had an accident at eleganza bus stop on Lekki road and the bus i was in was a complete write off, i and large number of the accident victims were in serious injuries and pains and this wonderful lady beautiful in and out @toyin_abrahamrushed us all to the nearest hospital leaving her tight schedule for the day pending..

In what looks like an attempt to caution her colleague and air her opinion about her, actress, Dayo Amusa, yesterday, dragged Fathia Balogun on Instagram.
This was in a post by Fathia, warning people to beware of friends that stab each other in the back. Dayo, certainly not pleased by the post, reacted, stating that her colleague should practice what she preaches.

Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham is breaking new grounds with her new movie Ghost and the Tout. According to a post put up by her on instagram, the movie has broken the record of the current highest selling movie of the year.
It has sold 11million copies more than the current highest selling movie, she said.

I got the new figure for The Ghost and the Tout and I almost cried. Not only have we sold more than the highest selling Nollywood movie this year, we have sold more than the highest selling movie this year by over 11million Naira.

On the concept of the movie, she said;
I play the role of a dramatic taxi driver with the soul of a tomboy who lives in a ghetto with her educated elder brother.
My character is an energetic and aggressive lady that never thought of having a boyfriend but later fell in love. The movie, which cost millions of naira, features top comedians and Nollywood actors.
