Uti Nwachukwu Clears the Air on Asking Tiraji P Henson for Help, Says it was a Joke

Big Brother Africa All Stars winner, Uti Nwachukwu, has cleared the air air on the fact that he recently asked American actor, Tiraji P Henson, known as Cookie, for help.

This was in an interview with Sunday Scoop, where he noted that he was only joking. According to him, he always makes jokes online and his comment on Cookie’s page was one of such jokes.

Uti Nwachukwu says no one should take his joke seriously.

He wrote:

It was a joke; people should not take it seriously. I always make silly comments on Cookie’s Instagram page. People are free to say whatever they want to say. I am just a fan of Cookie. I comment a lot online and I joke with my loved ones and friends.

Recall that the actor recently lashed out at those that beg for money on Instagram.

Uti Nwachukwu Speaks on Plans to Get Married, in Recent Interview

Uti Nwachukwu says he certainly has plans to get married.

Many people have wondered if reality TV star and Nollywood actor, Uti Nwachukwu, will ever get married. The actor, has however, revealed in a recent interview with Vanguard, that he plans to get married.

Though he says he does not know when it will happen, the actor says he certainly looks forward to it. Speaking on other issues like his hair, he revealed that he started growing it in 2009. He does not plan to shave it off, he said, except he is paid a truck load of money.

Excerpts below;

I used to have “long term plans,” about everything in my life! But history has taught me, that you can’t be in total control. You can only hope. I learned that the hard way, back when I was 22 or 23. I thought I had my life figured out. But I didn’t—and ended up, having to start all over again.
Yes. I have hopes. I mean, I would definitely like to get married and start a family. I don’t know if it’s now or later. I really don’t care when,” he told Vanguard. The Big Brother All Stars winner also revealed why he started keeping dreadlocks. “I’ve never been a plain person. Even before I grew dreads, I used to have a bushy Afro. I used to want to do crazy patterns in my hair. It’s just who I am, you know.
I’ve always wanted to wear dreadlocks. But I told myself, “I’m going to wait until I graduate”. So, I started wearing dreads in 2009, the year I graduated. I said then, “I’m never cutting this hair unless I grow bald or I’m paid a truck load of money”. Right now, I don’t think anyone, here in Nigeria, can afford to pay what it would take, to induce me to trim my hair! But, who knows? Time may change me!”

Everyone has their own wants and needs and family members and loved ones to take care of…you cant calculate their money for them and assume they have too much money and call yhem stingy or selfish…na wah o..isit your moneyyyyyy.

You cant assume they have settled all their financial responsibilities! U Should NEVER feel entitled just because you Love and support someone (these are supposed to be unconditional gestures) ….. ALL OF US CAN BEG O! U CAN BE BEGGING FOR MONEY FOR RENT…ME I CAN BEG FOR MONEY TO BUY LAND AND HOUSE !… u need transport…me i need a New Car.

Instead of begging, i will work or meet a need , get paid ( EARN IT!) and save up! There are no jobs abi?…That same Bible that most people Quote to beg ALSO says : a mans talent makes him to stand before kings ! … so think on that.

THERE ARE LEVELS to LIFE…it is unfair for you to expect another person to crack their savings just to help u…If they decide to help you IT IS TOTALLY UP TO THEM AND THEIR SACRIFICIAL PERSONA( these days sef almost all the beggings na scam and lies)…. always remeber this….everyone is different and WE ALL HAVE PERSONAL NEEDS AND WANTS!!

Uti pleads on Cee-C’s behalf.

Winner of the 2010 edition of Big Brother Africa; All Stars, Uti Nwachukwu has taken to Instagram to ask Nigerians to take it easy on controversial housemate, Cee-C.

The actor is of the opinion that everyone has their flaws, thus, the audience should frown at hr actions, instead of thralling her. To those that says she needs psychological help, the former BBAfrica housemate says that the way they are going about it isn’t the right way. That is not the way to treat someone that needs help.

He asks that her fans continue voting for her.

He wrote;

aa�� Firstly, There is no excuse for her behaviour yesterday.I will never support speaking to anyone that way. It was a sad situation & I hope people hav learned the true value of Respect for Another Human Being.

That being Said, Cee-C We see YOUR flaws,we see your weaknesses.
NO BODY HOLY PASS! A lot OF us have had to go thru horrid experiences to learn self control.
I for one was extremely Brash in BBA2008 but came back a lot better in BBA 2010!

EVEN after winning my temper was still at dangerous levels and i knew there was a problem. Does this mean that i was a Bad horrible person? HECK NO! I grew and i am still growing!
Most of us that wear our emotions on our sleeves find it hard to conceal Love, Loyalty, Excitement and of corse the worst emotion-RAGE!

No one is perfect! Again, I am NOT JUSTIFYING HER BEHAVIOUR FROM YESTERDAY..no matter the poking or deliberate provocation,No one should react that way in public or in private..BUT THIS CAN ONLY BE LEARNED THROUGH EXPERIENCE. (trust me..i know)
We try to be better versions of ourselves daily but during this process sadly, we might still fall.
The ability to rise is what makes us victors.

Cee C we see you struggling to do better and in the process you fell..its all part of the process..its UR JOURNEY.. What saddens me more is the trolling/insults.A lot of u say she needs psychological help..so is this how u treat someone that needs help? With abuses/ridicule? COME ON!! WE CAN DO BETTER.

Well to everyone reading this Im pleading on her behalf for ur understanding,forgiveness and mercy. Abeeg..SHE HAS APOLOGISED��‍♂ If U are a true fan..U stand for who U love especially in their weakest moments..weak support is just is just as futile as a shaky foundation.
